I had been using the same basic straightener for over 4 years... so I thought it was time to get something new. This particular one caught my attention because it has gold accents and I love me some gold. 💛 It looks expensive and professional. It does NOT look cheap (if you care about the aesthetics).If you don't care about how it looks and want to know how it functions, let me tell you...... IT WORKS GREAT! I was able to get my 26" long hair PIN STRAIGHT in under 30 minutes.You can adjust the temperature to whatever you'd like. It literally shows you the temperature on the screen as it's heating up. You can watch it go from 100 degrees all the way to 450 (it heats up very quickly.)The actual iron plates have a wide surface so you can style MORE of your hair in LESS amount of time. This is my third Kipozi straightener (over the course of many years — I will add that I’ve had to replace them because of me not taking care of them very well.. dropping them and my cats knocking them down, etc.)! I’m not sure why they took the brand out of the description, but this is a Kipozi straightener!! My first two were purple and I decided to go with the bubble gum pink this time. I love that you can pick any temperature you want and you can tell when it’s gotten to the desired temp. For the money, these are a great deal! I tried using my Royale straightener that I spent $60+ on, that I’ve kept only as a back up. The Royale straightener pulls my hair out because the plates get chipped so easily. But with this straightener - it glides through my hair like butter and I’ve never had any of the plates get chipped. I have long, thick hair and the wider plates help me straighten my hair so much faster. Seriously love this product so much!!! If you’re looking for an affordable straightener that heats up fast, straightens your hair quickly and won’t pull out your locks… give this one a try! I promise you won’t regret it! I have never owned a flat iron. My hair has always been short and curly, but during Covid I grew it out and liked the extra length, especially since I was also no longer covering my grey.My stylist used a flat iron when she cut it, and I loved having another look, so I ordered this one.It heats very quickly to 350 degrees, and cools almost as fast when it is turned off. Lightweight, easy to use, has a great locking feature and came in a nice box that can be used to store it. I love the way my hair looks, and contrary to my fears, it does not damage my hair at all.I don't know why the question is asked about "drying power." Flat irons should never be used on anything but fully dry hair.Great product, would highly recommend.

Ordered for my wife. She said it is powerful compared to her old one. Less time to straighten out her hair. It is multivolt works with 220 And 120v. recently brought on a trip which used 220v and performed as it should. For the price, well worth the investment. Powerful and easy to use as per my wife.

I love it its a great price my fave color is pink and it gets very hot pretty quickly. Can't complain for the price and I'm bias since I love pink but yeah.

i like it. the color is more pastel pink than it is hot pink like it looks in the photos. it looks more like the more pastel pink like one of the pictures i edited to look more like the color it looks and i like the color. the one flaw is the safety lock at the bottom top of the flatiron it’s kinda hard to get it out again so if it’s hard to pull out the safety lock again u may need help, but that’s all for me

The product worked perfectly. It doesnt damage the hair and heat up quickly.However, after 3 months of use, it stopped working. I wanted to use the one year warranty but couldnt reach customer service. I wish to have an exchange.

Good straightener for my thick but fine, wavy hair. Doesn't last more than 4-5 months. Have purchased three because of the price and knowing it works (versus trialing other brands) but each only last 4-5 months.

I bought one of their straighteners a few years back and loved it but last week it finally broke so I went to order a new one only this time when I received it all I got was an empty box 😠
