This Reishi is really potent. Normally I buy Terrasoul Red Reishi which is effective and potent. But Hyperion Herbs Reishi is more potent and is makes me feel great. Reishi can be used in your morning coffee or tea to help give you energy with great focus and calm. At night it can help you fully relax like a muscle relaxer with great calm and focus without worry. If taken close to bedtime it can give you lucid dreams where you can control and remember your dreams, making them feel more real.I have also used Reishi to heal ear infections, sinus infections, flu prevention, heal my liver, reduce allergies from food or in the air, and also counteract bad reaction swelling of my face from prednisone. I used only 1tsp right before bed, and woke up with the swelling gone, and felt great. I no longer use prescription drugs to reduce inflammation and pain but use Reishi to help regulate my immune system.Reishi helps and teaches your bodies immune system to fight. Always start low and slow with Reishi. For therapeutic dose I take 1/4 teaspoon at night to relax. But for more serious conditions and immediate reduction of my immune system. I take a full level teaspoon which in my case has stopped allergic swelling and reactions from foods or side effects from prescription drugs.Never take or mix Reishi with prescription drugs since Reishi can interfere with the prescription drugs due to its blood thinning properties. You should also cycle Reishi, meaning take for 6-8 weeks and then go off it for 1-2 weeks to give your body a rest from it. Reishi also increases its effectiveness when taken with Vitamin C or with food based Vitamin C like acerola cherry or camu camu powders.I have even healed an infected tooth abcess with Reishi taken 3 times a day. Reishi is also good to throw in your soup or bone broths. I will be buying more of this Reishi when I run out. Just make sure you drink plenty of water. And remember go low and slow.. meaning start with low dose and increase each dose slowly.

I was so impressed with the quality of Hyperion Herbs Reishi extract that I bought their Spore oil, He Shou Wu and Cordyceps in the same week!I’ve been working in a call center and was stressed 😩 out. The first day I tried the extract I was at my desk smiling for no reason 😂. It taste like chocolate with no sweetener so I add some hot water and a little homade almond milk and it is delicious!
