Essential Wilderness 26pc Emergency Camping Bottle Kit

Got it as a gift for a fourteen-year-old who's into Bear Grylls (but I didn't want to spend an arm on a leg on the name-brand survival kits). He loved it, immediately took out and examined the contents. The credit card multi-tool was extremely difficult to get out through the water bottle's mouth, but everything else came out fine. Seems to be decent quality kit, and will come in useful for his scout camp-outs.

My son and I are into going to the woods for days at a time and surviving with only a few items carried by hand and without a Walmart or Kroger lol. I order this kit and we love it. Everything works great. The knife sharpener was broke in two pieces but that prolly cuz they packed the water bottle full of useful stuff. We did add a couple items like a wire saw, iodine tablets, water proof matches and another survival blanket. Other then that its a pretty useful kit. Not bad for the price. The knife came super dull (as expected) but sharpens easily enough. Some items are simply useless. I don't see the value in safety pins or zip ties. The fire starter is decent. Basically, think of it like $20 for a good water bottle and a tolerable knife with some paracord.

Pretty good overall, but the knife came dull and two zip ties were brittle. The knife can be sharpen nicely with some time put into it. All I did with the zip ties was bend them a little bit, and two of them snapped.

I ordered this for Christmas last year and got a wood working kit... I was pissed and didn't notice right away so I over paid for a cheap wood kit so we have it to my finances mom.

Really cool if your into the apocalypse or survival gear. Bought these for friends and they loved them, now i want one.
