It was easy to assemble.. came early… super soft.. great quality.. and nice sized!

This is the worst sofa I've ever bought, it's very uncomfortable, my back and nick start hearting me from setting at it, the back of the sofa is very low as it will not support your neck. Don't waste your money and go to any local shop, try the sofa first then buy it. I didn't had any choice but to buy this from Amazon and the worst thing for shopping online is that you cannot try the item until its delivered. I didn't return it as I didn't had an alternative sofa to sit on.

We have had this couch for about two weeks now. I live on the third floor and the stairwell is very tight. Came in two boxes, the pieces were manageable to carry by myself and fit in my narrow stairwell with ease. Assembly was SUPER easy. I recommend a second set of hands to help hold things in place while you tighten the hardware. Something to note (not a complaint) it is very low to the ground. It took some getting used to. I'm 5'8" and my knees sit ever so slightly higher than my hips on this couch. But overall I am still comfortable. Only "complaint" really is the arm rests are just pillows that don't sit up much higher than the seat cushion. I wasn't expecting that when I ordered it but the arm rests are well thought out for just being pillows. They zip onto the frame of the couch and can flip over out of the way, makes laying down nice so your feet arent in a higher position than the rest of you.In conclusion, bang for buck totally worth it. Well constructed. The fabric is soft. Plenty of room to spread out. Someone can comfortably sleep on it. Came in manageable pieces for my tiny stairwell.

Came in one giant box that took the delivery person and I awhile to get in the door. Setup wasn't hard, did it on my lunch break. Couch is comfy, fabric is very delicate so vigilance required to keep clean. I do wish the chaise side was a little longer, I'm not tall and it stops at my knees if I lie down.I actually like how low it is. The arm rests are just dumb, they're on via zipper and kinda flop on their side if you aren't paying attention. Not sure who asked for that feature.Biggest complaint is the color - more of a light blue, almost green tint rather than the dark grey in the pictures. Will likely replace eventually as I cannot imagine the return process being simple given my past experience with Amazon's useless customer "service." Half my orders come late these days, nobody cares so I doubt a color issue will be any easier to deal with.

I am 5’3” and my husband is 5’9” and we both fit on this couch perfectly. It’s pretty comfortable the back on the couch is at probably the bottom of our shoulder blades. But it’s still a really nice comfy couch for what ya pay.

Love this couch. Use it in my lounge area. Very comfortable and elegant.

Purchased in 2021….Armrest and middle support on the seated side slightly collapsed within a year (very minimal use)….. I’m writing this review in 2023 just for others to know the quality is pretty bad. The lounge portion is still intact but everything else is pretty much in the verge of complete collapse.If you only need a couch for 1-2 yrs max, this is the one for you.

I originally ordered this for my first apartment. It was very easy to assemble. I’ve had this couch for 7 months and I’ve already upgraded to a better couch. The couch looks like it does in the pictures but be ware that there is very limited back support and the pillows are flimsy. I’ve had many people sit on the couch and the armrests will randomly flop off the side.
