This cookbook is beautiful, and I want to make almost every recipe. They are simpler than Indian cooking, but still really interesting and yummy. Now I just need more people to feed - I'm thinking of starting a supper club.

This book contains the principal meals' recipes . However, I was looking at one popular dish "TABOULE" but couldn't find it! Otherwise, it is a good collection of existing delicious meals.Could the author send me, please, the recipe of TABOULE?
