InnovaPharm AFRALEAN - Aframomum Melegueta Seed Extract - 30mg -60 capsules

I have purchased 3 bottles. It appears to help, but the last two bottles have loose contents in them. Taking the capsule with content dust on the outside of them irritates the throat, so I have to rinse them before I take them. Please get the dust out!

Been taking it for almost two weeks now, along with working out and tightening up my diet. Been looking leaner, faster. Will take again.

I was anxious to try this as another company had mentioned this when I went to by a carb blocker. Reading up on the active ingredient and what it was supposed to do was promising. However, I took one dose of this and never took another. The belly discomfort and burning in my chest like reflux readily became the center of my attention. I had no clue whether it did anything -- there was too much discomfort for me to consider trying it again. And this discomfort lingered and stopped that day's worth of weight loss. So, I cannot recommend this. And this is coming from a person who loves ghost peppers and smoky habanero salsa -- I don't get discomfort from these.

Used before fasted cardio. Exactly what I was looking for!
