I initially ordered a small 60ml travel size to try it out but ended up ordering a 250ml size within a few days of use because I found myself using the spray more often. I tend to feel the need to wash off other oilier sprays after 20 minutes of application which hinders frequent use. I can liberally spray this product right before going to bed to help sleep or in the middle of the night as needed, so that is worth the added cost. I’ve experienced Chronic Pain, gnawing, deep pain since breaking my back in 83. I’ve experienced several traumas I was hit by a car at age 7 with a compound fracture of my hip and several ribs. I was hit again at age 13 in a sledding accident, hurting my neck. Then in 83 at age 22 I crashed a hang glider breaking my back and compressing my cervical spine.I’ve had 3 back surgeries ending up with 4 levels fused with plates & screws in 2000. I also had a failed neck surgery with 2 levels fused plates and screws. I woke up in more pain than before the operation. I had to close the photo studio my wife & I owned & operated successfully for 15 years. The pain & insomnia was too much. Despite being on narcotic pain meds and trying every possible type of pain management there are times I’m in agonizing pain. I have a new reason to get better, our first grandchild who I adore and he loves his Pop Pop. So my daughter gave me a bottle of this to try.For me It Worked! Somehow it calms down my pain from a level of say 8 to a bearable 3 or better. If I can reach the area I spray the “Ease” on the effected area or on my hand if I can’t reach to spray it, and massage it into my skin. I don’t use a large amount, just enough to make the area wet, and then rub it in. The largest problem are areas where I can’t reach. Then my wife or mother in law is needed to spray and massage the area.It only takes a few minutes to work and it last for up to a couple of hours. Enough to allow me to get to sleep, play with my grandson, sit & watch TV, or drive. I use it for areas of muscle pain, nerve pain, leg cramps, sciatica, and arthritis. BTW I’m now 57 and otherwise healthy. I’m currently about 70% through my 2nd bottle.My daughter asked for a bottle as part of her Christmas gift. It is one of the very few over the counter, non prescription remedies that has helped. The others are Ice Packs, we keep 12 gelled ice packs in our freezers, I use several a night when pain is bad. Also a hand held percussion massager, compression socks, a back brace, and a therapeutic medical massage.I highly recommend you give this a try for your muscular, nerve, back, neck, leg cramps, Fibromyalgia, arthritis, or other pain. I just got the product last night and only used it once so I can't say if it's effective or not. But I wanted to report that my bottle was leaking despite plastic shrink wrap and bubble wrap.

I have tried several products and this is my favorite. It is easy to apply. It really helps me sleep.

I'v been using this for years. I have two complaints. The first one is the price keeps going up and if it continues I won't be able to buy it anymore. The second problem is. One bottle I received was almost half empty so I had to send it back. The bottle I just received the other day had about a 14 bottle missing. I should have sent it back but instead I just poured it in another bottle because it's a hit or miss if Amazon has it. Its out of stock a lot. I use it for pain in my neck and sleep. It doesn't work so well on pain but works pretty good on sleep.

Well I don't know what this juice is. It looks like water when I spray it on my feet. But for 6 days now I have been doing that when it's time to go to bed and rubbing it in and man. I'm telling you. I sleep like a log. I missed last night and the weirdest thing. I didn't sleep good. I don't know what it is, but it's working for me. Good luck.

I had heard about this product, but was skeptical. Finally decided to give Ease a try and now I'll Never be without it!! First tried it for sleep and sprayed the bottom of my feet...first time I was able to sleep through the night in over a year! Since then I've sprayed sore joints and muscles, also with great results. Yes, there are those who say soak in Epsom salts, however I only have a shower.Picked up some extra bottles for family members to try.Would give a 100 star rating if I could.

Recommended this by Chiropractor, and having listened to the book "Sleep Smarter". This didn't help me fall asleep but the quality of sleep was so greatly improved that I felt "awake" the next morning and have continued to even when having a bad nights sleep. Also used on a child with sleep difficulties and had the same result. I would highly recommend this product as apparently a magnesium deficiency is a large contributor to poor sleep which I have had for over 20 years. So nice to feel awake in the day.

This is definitely the best magnesium oil spray I've tried. I don't experience a stinging effect as I do with cheaper brands and it's very effective. I feel more relaxed and it helps to ease muscle tension. One thing I've learnt over the years I've been into supplements is its worth spending a little extra to get the best quality. If you're after a magnesium oil spray save your money trying others. This will do what you want it to. Good luck!

does this guarantee a good night of sleep? surely not. I have had many interrupted nights also with this one. as always it is a topical treatment and will not have psychological soothing effects... i love to get my magnesium topical though. I use 6 sprays on each shoulder and massage it in.. Maybe i should increase the dosage some.I do think it kind of calms the muscles a bit.

After hearing about the benefits for sleep and joint pains, I decided to buy it for my parents who are in their 60s. My Dad is not really one to try new things but my mum did try it and said that she did feel some benefits to her joint pains and was able to experience better quality of sleep. Not sure if it is the placebo effect or actually the product but seems to help either way so i am happy with the purchase.
