Q: We don't see the green/yellow Earth wire-- only white and black. Does this need to be returned?

I had electrician install my fixture, so I assume everything was included, fan is very quiet, I love it. Lights are not dimmable which is not a problem as I mostly use fan.

How do you dim the lights if it's possible? On the instructions it states it's not and can ruin the fan. I have dimmable lights installed yet there is no option to dim them. Can you please give an explanation of how it can be done? Thanks! Only one negative about this fan...No dimmer! :(
