Travel Trailer Reno
Renovated our travel trailer and this stuff transformed the look entirely. Use the applicator tools that come with it and you'll be fine (razor blade, and soft edge scraper). I placed it on our counter tops in the kitchen, the dinette table, the little end caps in the slide beside the couch, and the bathroom counter tops. Very easy to apply and even if you mess up you can peel it back up *carefully* and reapply. The only issue I had with it was not wanting to stick on the bottom portion. As in; when you wrapped the table, the piece that went under the table as excess seemed like it kept wanting to unstick. I just used a stapler to fix this after I tried multiple time to rub it down. I was applying this with the AC on about 75 degrees, when outside it was 100 degrees (August in NC). We turn off the AC during the day and night, and only run it when we are working in it in the evenings after work. 2 weeks and its held up fine. If that changes, I will update the review to reflect. It cleans like a normal countertop, but I'm not sure how much roughness it will take. I have been trying not to scuff it with tools as we are still working on the camper. But it has held up to laying heavy objects as tools on it. 10/10 will be buying more of this. The price point compared to the look is great.

Buy extra if you’re a beginner
So first time using this stuff, my takes:-Corners are not easy , using a hairdryer the stuff wrinkles and goes hard when it cools then you can’t get the creases out , so cutting the corners and over lapping is easier. If you have to pull up and relay parts due to wrinkles it does stick ok unless it’s an edge then it seems to loose it’s sticky. Overall it’s a nice product and is quite easy to use even for a beginner. I covered a sink unit and other than beginner issues it went down easy and looks terrific. Will be buying more to do kitchen cabinets as it does look great and is not too hard to apply. So now I have done several cabinet tops hair dryer works excellently it just takes time and patience, I even have managed a rounded corner!!!!last photo shows how it goes heating and pulling just before I finished corner

Looks great!
DISCLAMER: It's been two days since install: I ordered this wrap to update my very old, outdated kitchen. My house is not square at all, nothing lines up or is "normal". After watching many many videos, I tried it. And to my surprise it was not bad to do. Just need to pay attention and be patient. One video I watched said to use a squidgy to help smooth out bubbles. I used that and boy did it make a world of difference. I took it slow and only pulled the backing off about 2 inches at a time. Went over the vinyl multiple times before I pulled more backing off. Took me two days to do this process. I would lay a piece and walk away, so I could make sure I wasn't getting tired. I would recommend overlapping your pieces just a bit, I tried to line up the seams and on the first few pieces and I wish I wouldn't have. This wrap has brightened up my kitchen so much. It's only been a few days but so far, I am very happy with it. Planning on wrapping my cabinets once I find a color I want. It's not perfect by any means but its 100% better than what it was and cheaper that ripping everything out.

So many bubbles and wrinkles
The end result looks really nice, but the road to get there was so difficult. I did the counter in sections because of it's length. As much as I smoothed it out, there were many bubbles. There were also many sections that where the sticky paper was in excess of the peel off paper. This is hard to explain, but I figured out to smooth all around the area and when I had the excess all together, to take my knife and do a very long cut where then I could fold one side over the other. I had about 4-5 areas like this and I don't understand how something like that could happen, maybe in the rolling? Anyway although it looks pretty from a distance, I've overall disappointed and would never do this again.

GREAT DYI. Just note...
I work in a design office and I chose this design specifically for its marble print (as it is not too heavy), its feel to the touch (not toooo plasticy), and its reflective response to light. As someone who cannot afford to replace surfaces for the real thing, this is as real and as cheap as you can get it for the results it offers. Must be cleaned with windex or other soft/natural based solution.Pros:- Great quality (made in Germany)- Looks like marble even from up close- great for quick remodeling in bathrooms, dressers, and smaller tables.- Forgiving to unpeel (small sections at a time) and fix mistakes when installing- Easy to cut with an x-acto knife for precise edges around sinks etc.- WaterproofBe Aware:- MAKE SURE TO REALLY CLEAN YOUR SURFACE (any stray dust, small dirt, or exposed imperfections will show through as tiny bumps).- A bit tedious to install (but hey, if it were easy to do it well, everyone would do it).- Cannot use it on long surfaces due to the abrupt finish (only about 17in wide). SO NO LONG KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS.- If you unstick an entire sheet at once, you would have to throw it away.- Does not stick to unfinished/unsanded/unpainted surfaces (such as the bottom of a countertop- try applying some coats of paint first but even then I found it unstick).- Use a credit card to smooth out AS YOU GO and to clear air bubbles. (Don't press down too hard because it will scratch).- If you cristen it too much when unpeeling or moving it, the crease will show when flattened (not really a con because it is expected). People who are not detail oriented won't notice.- If applicable, cut horizontal and vertical pieces separately (i.e. countertop and backsplash will be 2 pieces). The longer a piece is going from vertical to horizontal surface, the more unfixable air bubbles will be.
