Great product. Would have given it 5 stars if it had keys with the package. The directions were clear. I am now confident that I can open the luggage forreal when I use these. The color is great and the wait of the locks are good. The shackle does not move fluidly but that's okay. I purchased 2. I provided a photo of the lock outside the package, with one inside. I also have the luggage tag and lanyard with instructions in my photo.It also comes with a quality, resin material luggage tag. Although I do not need he tag, it's nice. The tag is water proof for sure and comes with a rubber, waterproof lanyard to attach to the luggage.

I'm giving this 2 stars. While I was able to use this lock on my most recent trip to the midle east, it failed me for opening after I locked it on my way to the airport for my return flight home. I needed to get something out of my suitcase for Duty free VAT tax desk and it would not unlock. I had my friends on the trip try it as well. I never had a problem while using it during my stay as a preventive measure in the hotels I stayed at. Needless to say, I lost out on the return of $30 at the VAT tax desk on the purchase I made overseas as they couldn't verify my purchase. When I got back to the states, I had to have my brother clip the lock off when a bolt cutter. Not happy!

Love this item. I did use a Youtube video as well as read the instructions to program it. I am sorry it has taken me so long to give feedback. I usually do not do this as it takes a lot of time to go through so many orders. I did not have any issues and my products arrived in a timely manner. I got what I paid for. Great product!!! Worked great for my hunting trip to Canada protecting my hunting gear. On way there, Canadian airport security checked my bags and reattached the lock - no issues. On way back, the Canadian airport security must have cut it off or not reattached it while checking my bags because it was gone when I picked up my luggage. I was not happy at all.

Bought several of these and the first one was a total waste - so difficult to set up combination that it ended with not having the combination that I tried to set and thus was locked and useless -- no way to open it. After that first unsuccessful attempt I learned the tricks of doing it and the second and third I was able to set properly. But you shouldn't have to waste one lock just get the hang of setting the combination.

The locks themselves worked great - easy to set the combination and did not break after flying on 4 flights. However the white paint chipped off on the very 1st flight.

Good TSA locks- would be better if they had a 4th number on the dial.

I bought 2 of these locks--1 for me & 1 for a friend. It was easy to set. It works very well on a small travel case that I prefer to check. I'm very happy with it.
