Looks great, heats quickly and evenly.As others said, the instructions left a lot (mainly, labeling of the screws) to be desired, but assembly wasn't actually that bad. You'll need two AAA batteries and a screwdriver (not included). I'd recommend laying it horizontally across two chairs to assemble rather than upside down, and have a second person handy to hold the weighted base in place while you screw it on. Also, tips on the screws/bolts: the black ones go with the black plastic cover at the top. There are 4 sets of silver bolts for the base. The very short wide silver bolts go on first to attach the first small plate. Save the long skinny silver pair for last. You'll be left with two sets of larger silver bolts, one slightly longer than the other. Use the shorter of these two next, to attach the black bar to the first plate. Then use the longest of the large bolts and the two washers to attach the weighted bottom plate. Finally use the long skinny silver bolts to attach the small plastic "camping board" that holds the electrical cord in place.Also make sure to remove the foam pieces that are cushioning the glass bulb inside before turning it on! If any of them arrive stuck inside the metal grate (second picture), I found a pair of tweezers did the trick to finangle it out.All in a high quality heater that looks great, with a small footprint. Just what I was looking for.

Bought this for my screened in porch. I live in Central PA. It can be very damp and chilly in the fall. My porch over looks a beautiful creek and fall foliage. I want to enjoy the view as long as I can. This heater is awesome. It lets me enjoy the outdoors whenever I want to. I am getting out of town company soon. I can not wait to share this beautiful view with them. I would not have been able to do that without this heater. The heater heats up an 8x6 area of a screened in porch in Central PA in the fall. So that in its self should be worth a million words.

Now that I have put the heater together, it works quite well. The heater has 3 levels of heat and it oscillates. I bought 2 heaters and the remote will change the settings on both heaters. The only issue is that it took me hours to put the heater together. The problems is that there are 5 different types of screws. The User Manual shows a picture of where the screws go, but it does not indicate which screws go where. I called for help and the person who answered said that I would get an email regarding my problem. I received an email an hour later with the same picture that appears in the User Manual. Once I tried all 5 screw types in each area, I was able to put the heater together and the process for my second heater was much easier.

This heater is easy to operate, with or without the remote, and heats quickly. We like the attractive silver finish and oscillating feature. We don’t have autumn temps in our region yet, so it’s too soon to say whether the heat output will be sufficient for patio seating that isn’t immediately adjacent to the heater. For assembly, we appreciated the detailed instructions offered by Amazon reviewer CC19103.

I bought this heater to use outdoor where we have our pergola. I didn’t want a heater that was powered by propane so this was perfect! I also like that it’s very tall and the build quality seems to be good! I would definitely recommend this product to people.

I needed something to supplement oil heat during winter months. This was one of the nicer products available and can also be used on patio. I like the vertical verses horizontal shape which makes it easy to put in any room.

We really like the new heater! It’s very efficient in heating up and warming up the open areas on our porch! The design is slick and doesn’t take too much space. Our porch is medium size and the heater radiance is covering the whole area even on setting no 3. We have a gas heater but this is much better!

Heater is perfect for my patio on cool mornings. It allows me to sit outside on cool mornings. There is little to no noise so I can enjoy a quiet morning or evening. Even on low the warmth is enough to keep me comfortable without having to have it close.

quick and easy to install. using it on my condo balcony as a space heater, nice designEdit: it won't properly turn off. (you have to pull the plug for it to turn off, received a defective unit). Although it comes with warrantee, the manufacturer took 2 months to get back to me only to say that they cannot ship a replacement to Canada.

There were no disco lights the timer did not work. It was timely to put together and if would difficult to take apart to ship back it is functional

Product came in great condition and looks really nice. It comes with a weighted base so it should hold up to any kind of weather conditions.

Looks nice, heats fast, very slim, assembly part requires at least 2 people ..thought have not tried using it outside yet but looking forward to it ...

Works great as a heater but "Multi-function Disco Light" is listed as a feature and as far as I can tell there is no such feature? Remote has 2 buttons - off and mode, but mode doesn't seem to do anything but turn it on - there are no "modes" per se...
