As a retired ballet dancer and swimmer this has given me a new lease on life, with working from home so much my back has not survived too well but this has helped on those days when being couped up in a dinner room chair buckles me few minutes with this and I am as good as new

Excellent for pain relief on the back. Very hard to initially set up though and to change the angle so I’ve not tried since initial set up. Would be nice if it bent easier to get higher arch if required

I found this fiddly to put together. It comes in 3 parts and I had to ask hubby to make it for me.I have a really painful back due to osteoarthritis and degenerative disc disease so was looking forward to using this back stretcher.In reality I found it easy to use and quite relaxing however it didn’t make any difference to my back pain.I would use this for relaxation purposes.The knee supports seem well made but were too large for me.I have mixed feelings about this set - I think it would have been better to have these items separately as someone with back pain may not have knee pain (and the other way round)

Firstly, the knee supports are supportive and comfortable to wear for a long period of time. They're quite large so you can easily slide them on. I have no complaints about the knee supports and they're perfect if you have bad knees, I personally don't (yet).The main part of the product, the back stretcher, has been all over social media so I just had to try it. However, it was so difficult to set up! The plastic is very hard and durable which is good as it can sustain body weight but it's very hard to bend. I was struggling to find the strength and I had to ask my son to help me who was finally able to set it up for me. Obviously I tried the setting for the more "advanced" back stretchers first as I really wanted to crack my back. This isn't recommended and I don't recommend it either as while it did crack my back, the stretching was very painful. The least curved setting is your best bet to start with.It is useful as I've noticed a difference, I use it for 10 minutes a day and my back feels more comfortable and not as stiff. For some, even the first setting will be painful but it'll get better with time and using the stretcher regularly.Other than being difficult to bend the plastic, I recommend the product.
