Great product. Well packaged and excellent quality. I put these seeds through a coffee grinder to get the best results.

I am using this product to help with my general health. Only used for just over a week so too soon to tell at this point. Nice flavor not too overpowering in my fruit smoothie

I ordered these, not realising that it is whole flaxseed, not milled flaxseed and the item cannot be returned to Amazon for a refund. It's a complete faff trying to grind or blend whole flaxseed for smoothies. Moral of this useless purchase is to always read the description thoroughly and check the refund policy!
