Excellent quality and quantity for the price. They last for a good period of time and work well on removing the needed dry skin from the heals of your feet. Definitely will purchase again. Easy to insert and remove from the tool.

This may sound crazy, but I use these in my Harmony hand-held to remove the excema crust from the palms of my hands which is insanely itchy at times. It has helped me to reduce the painful cracks in my hands from fingernails scratching. I also use them on my heels, but don't seem to need them as much since using the machine at the very start of a callus. I get the stongest grit.
