It is a strait jacket for a baby. not very nice. But I'm sure the product works for what it is intended for, and is seems to be made well. I have never used it and don't intend to. wish i returned it.

Bought this for my last son when he was born 2 years ago and he didn't use it much since we rarely swaddled him. And I decided to save it for my next baby. I just had my baby on 4/12/13 which is a week ago and we been using it. He seems comfortable and he likes it. We use it in both arms in and arms out ways. And love how you can adjust how tight or how loose you want it on your baby. And you don't have to worry about your baby rolling over since it has straps with Velcro that stick to the sheets. In my baby's case, it sticks to his bassinet sheet. I would recommend this product along with the Summer Swaddle wraps because both are easy to use.

I bought this with the expectation of 100% cotton, as advertised. However, upon receiving and reading the package, found that it also contains a 100% polyurethane foam pillow insert, which sits right next to the babies head. We have made great efforts to avoid any polyurethane near our baby, as it contains many toxic chemicals, and has been linked to many health problems, and is a potential cause of SIDS.

THE PRODUCT IS WHAT I EXPECTED, GOOD QUALITY, IM WAITING FOR MY BABY TO BE BORN TO USE IT .
