These are great ladders, very well made. Very stable and sturdy. A bit on the heavy side, but they make a handy-dandy wheel kit that bolts own allowing you to roll your ladder wherever you need to take it. Bought this ladder this summer for painting our house. It worked great. Very easy to set up and take down. Ladder was very stable and comfortable to use in all positions.This ladder replaced a much cheaper folding ladder from Werner. There's no comparison. The Little Giant is much much better.

The rungs could be wider, being that the ladder is supposed to be heavy duty ....

I cannot state in strong enough terms how impressed I am with this ladder system. Absolutely fantastic...very strong yet not too heavy to carry. Extremely versatile with its adjustability. Strongly recommend this to anyone who wants a great ladder. Well worth the price, for sure.

I think hardware Sales is great, however the Little Giant. Company is a joke! Every year at this time they run out of inventory and back order without notice blaming the ports on th west coast for labor problems, which are not true. This leaving their venders like Hardware Sales holding the bag with trying to explain they can't help you because Little Giant has closed for tHe holidays. Their best response is to cancel your order.

I love this thing. I'm usually not the most confident person on the ladder but this is as solid as they come. I am using it to build my shed and I've used it as an extension ladder, A-frame, as well as a ramp to get up right against the side of the building. The only major downside is that it weighs a ton. Another drawback, is that when fully extended the rungs are a little narrow which can be trying on your feet

I use this for home and contractor work. The ladder is truely heavy duty and is stable at a variety of heights and positions. Most importantly when the wheel kit I purchased didn't fit and was first told some modification etc. was done to the ladder, Little Giant HQ stepped in and not only realized what the problem really was but sent me a free set of the appropriate wheel kit. Bottom line...great customer service for a great product.
