I am a 68-year old who retired from teaching in 2003 to help take care of my mother who had been a widow since 1993. After she passed in 2010, I started my second career working in university admissions. It was a tremendous adjustment after being off work for so many years!Recently, my daughter introduced me to the Nariveda products. I have been taking Cogni Veda and Prana Veda. This seems to be the best combination for me. Not only do I have more energy, but also a more positive outlook. I am able to remember names and grasp new procedures and concepts more readily than ever before. I believe that I now exude a youthfulness that I lost years ago.

I’m not sure how to feel about this product. For the price it hasn’t really improved me that much. I’m finishing my second bottle and $300 later...?I’m not buying it again... I think there are other things to do that are way less money.I do think that it has helped a little; it’s subtle though.If I had tons of money I would continue buying it for 6 months to give it a real good try. But like I said - at this price point I’m looking elsewhere.

List of ingredients is promising for this products claims but does not hold up to claims in efficacy department. Don’t waste your money

Recieved this item today was a bit disappointing to find that it expires 12/19.Not at all happy with that.For the price I paid should have a further expiration date.Will keep you posted on its effectiveness.

Wow. Every once in a while in life you come across something truly worthy, something masterful, and it doesn't take a field expert to recognize it... Cogni Veda, I can say with confidence, is one of those things. Soooo powerful, where to begin.... As soon as you ingest/swish this liquid formula you will begin to feel its effects. Immediately I noticed a boost in my energy levels and mental clarity. But there's so much more, (there's over 100 highly ABSORBABLE ingredients). I've literally never heard of that, and these ingredients are extremely high quality. I also noticed my breathing deepened, my cravings went away, even my circulation was getting a boon. There was tingling sensations all over my body (it felt as though I was opening up in areas I've never been). I was shocked to find out all these welcomed effects came without the use of caffeine. I can't say enough about this products excellent composition, the science behind this product is so well balanced I'm still having to wrap my head around it. Once you realize all your getting in this thing the price point is actually a great bargain. As I said before this stuff is just downright masterful.

I've been taking this supplement daily for a few months now, and the difference is astonishing! Normally I'm really bad about taking vitamins and don't really feel any effect from them. But this time the effect was immediate. And it's easier to fit into my routine because it's a liquid that you drink. I take a shot of these first thing in the morning and it sets me up to eat and drink healthy the rest of the day. Life changing for sure!

I have been taking Cogni Veda for about a month now and I can totally tell a difference! My head feels clearer, I am remembering more, and I have more energy with out feeling jittery or anxious. I love that it comes in liquid form, though the taste isn't my favorite, I add it to my favorite shot of juice in the morning and run on about my day!
