. This is perfect for use to help seal a gas mask on an operator who wears prescription glasses. The Kinesiology tape is applied directly on the skin; then use non-irritating Coax-Seal over that; don your Rx glasses (thin, metal frames work better) and press frame into Coax-Seal; then don the full facepiece. SAFETY OPTION: Place a small piece of Coax-Seal on both sides at that point covering both the masks sealing point and Rx frames--but not directly touching your skin. Press in firmly. Perform routine seal test! During a "Book of Eli" event if the SHTF, you will need a full face CBRN-rated face mask--and not the "more friendly non-threatening looking" full facepiece respirators. This tape works well, highly recommended! It provides pain relief. The adhesion is amazing if you do it correctly. The trick is to start the tape without stretching, stretch in the middle and then stop stretching right before the end of the tape (20% up to 80% before the end). Obviously shaving and skin prep helps too. Mine made it through about 4 days of activity and showers before I would have to replace it.

I tried this for trigger finger. The tape sticks well but on the hand it just does not last with all the hand washing I have to do. I work in health care. We probably should not wear this in the hospital setting. It did what it was supposed to: prevent locking up of the finger. There are many uses for this tape but you need do your homework. Each joint has a particular position of tape and tension. There are many videos out there to review.

Went to Dr's office and told him about a pain in my thumb. He recommended this tape and it rocks! I had my doubts. This stuff works and was a most excellent experience.

This tape works well if you don’t get it wet. Can last days.Tape doesn’t stick well to its self.Sticks well to skin best.

Used for a broken toe with ligament issues. Relief was almost immediate. Tape stays put for 3 days and even then is still very stuck. Can’t leave on a foot longer than 3 days. Eeeeewwww. Personal preference not tape failure.

This tape leaves a sticky residue on your skin. It takes goo be gone to remove it. It leaves gummy balls of adhesive. I have to use cortisone cream to calm down the itching and redness. No company address to send a letter telling them of their nasty product. Be careful. I used it on my back, what a mess. I used it on my husband's knee, a mess. You have been warned!

Bought these for my wife who had been complaining about shin splits. Her biggest complain is always that the tape never stays after shaving her legs but the pro kinesiology tape stayed as advertised. It helped her shin splints and range of motion after her 1.5 hour workout with her cross country team. It helped with pain management when nothing else would. I’m sure she will keep using it, also easy to use!
