The taste is very bland unlike natural rice and the price is extremely costly compared to natural rice however this is a clutch product in your Leto friendly kitchen. It will absorb the taste of anything you as to it really adding bulk & fiber to meal. Very easy to prepare.

Trying to live a low-carb lifestyle, I always loved this rice. With the same consistency of rice, but without the taste component of cauliflower rice, this was my go to rice alternative when I was cooking. Imagine my surprise when I used "Buy Again" to replenish my supply, and was greeted with MUCH smaller bags of rice, for about the same amount of money I've always paid.For reference, the description from my last invoice was " Better Than Rice - Certified USDA Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Konjac, ZERO Net Carbs, Paleo, Keto and Diabetic Friendly, Shirataki, Fully Cooked, Low Calorie, 14 Ounces (6 Pack)". Note the 14 OZ. That was for $24.99 The bags are now 7OZ, for $22.99. You're getting HALF as much product, for about a 9% decrease in price. They basically took the repackaging of their "New ODORLESS!" rice as an opportunity to screw us as far as what we're getting, and figured we wouldn't notice?I HATE when companies do a money grab and try to hide it behind some type of rebranding. I used to buy your stuff all the time, but you've now lost me due to your antics. Chalk another one up to corporate greed!

Is this a total replacement for rice? Absolutely not! The texture is more vegetal than ricelike. What I did was mix it with rice. A 50/50 mix or a 60/40 will cut your carb count from rice in half, without losing all the taste, flavor and texture of rice. Before you mix with cooked rice, I suggest stir frying in a dry pan.

Whe they are a little squeaky, they are great with sauce and in stir-fry.

This is the closest thing to real rice I've tried that's still keto safe. Other konjac products have a smell and are chewy but this is clearly a much improved recipe. Decent bite, handles the flavor of dishes fine. Will buy again.

This product should not be on the market! It’s not food! It is worst thing I’ve ever tasted and has zero value! TAKE IT OFF THE MARKET! Mine is going into the garbage! I used 1/2 a pouch and all the others are going into the garbage!
