Peace of mind in a little package
Easy to setup. Works great. These remotes have given us an added peace of mind.We don't all park in the garage and we have at times been concerned about someone breaking into a car and using the garage door opener. Since we bought these we have removed the garage door openers from our vehicles and use these portable remotes instead and they work perfectly. They are small and can attach to your keychain for your vehicle. They look cool and work as well, if not better, than our original openers. Glad we found these for sure.As you can see in the picture it is smaller than my key fob. We have had these for a couple years now and they are still working as well as they did in the beginning. The rubber sides have gotten a little chewed up from the keys rubbing against it in my pocket but other than that they still are holding up like champs.

Great product, but instructions are lacking
I love the remote. The range is good. Works as designed, and easily compatible with my Liftmaster garage door opener. I purchased the fob so that I am able to open the garage door from inside the house to use my remote car starter without filling the garage with carbon monoxide. I previously had one visor clip garage opener remote, and the keypad on the outside of the garage. I felt that going outside in the cold to open the garage door via the remotes I had defeated the purpose of the remote car starter. One tip to avoid frustration with programming is that there is a crucial step missing from the directions that are provided. That step is that after pressing the button you want to program 2 times, wait 30-90 seconds for your garage door to start opening, THEN press any button on the remote to lock in the programming. Once the door is fully lifted, test the remote by pressing the button you programmed to ensure the door closes. I didn't find that to be clear, and struggled with programming because of that.So to reiterate proper programming instructions:Start with garage door closed.Hold down bottom button on remote for about 15 seconds until the LED light on the top button goes from blinking blue to solid blue, then release.Press and release the learn button on your garage door opener unit.Press whichever button you want to program twice.Wait for the garage door to start lifting.Press either button on the remote to lock in the programming. After the door is fully lifted, press your programmed button to test that the door closes.

It works better than my HomeLink adapter!
The LiftMaster 374UT Universal Remote is just what we needed to compensate for the new garage door opener. It fits on a key ring but I have it attached to my purse via an ID retractable badge holder. The HomeLink in my 2012 Rogue wouldn’t connect with the new door. Tried the adapter for the HomeLink, but I had to be very close for it to connect (using the HomeLink button on my rearview mirror). As I usually back into the garage, it was a bit of a pain to get at a good angle to open the door and then back into the garage. This is a breeze to set up. Tho I have to admit that having the adapter is also handy as I can monitor the garage door and even open it remotely for a few different reasons. It’s just not practical or handy to use it to open the door while driving using the app.

Best garage opener remote I have ever seen!
I just bought a house with a 2-car garage, but the remotes were missing when I took possession of the house. Each door has a different lifter: one is Genie and the other is a Craftsman. I ordered two of these remotes one for me and one for my wife. I followed the directions to program them and they worked for BOTH garage doors.Programming was pretty easy, but I found that if your timing of each step to program isn't "just right" then it is unsuccessful. It took me 5 or 6 tries to get both doors programmed (the Genie was more picky about the programming process). The build quality on these is impressive! They have a rubberized tactile outside shell and metal key-ring hole. They look and feel really well-made!

Finnicky Set Up
This was a bit tricky to sync with my garage door opener - it took me probably a dozen or so times to do it successfully and I am typically pretty good with these types of things. Once it was linked to my opener, it worked great, and I love not having a garage door opener just sitting in my car in my driveway. (someday I will be able to fit my car in my garage)

Near impossible to program for anything but liftmaster
As many other reviewers have said, this is the most difficult remote I've ever had to program. I had a liftmaster at my old home and bought this for it. It worked great. I had two old chamberlain garage door openers at my new home and this remote programmed right away. One opener died and chamberlain/liftmaster doesn't make one short enough to fit my garage anymore so I had to go with genie. I have spent hours and hours googling, watching youtube videos, attempting to reach tech support either through the stupidest chat AI in existence or hour long hold times on the phone, reading manuals, and trying over and over to get this thing to program to my new genie 39725T and have been unable to get it paired. As soon as the other opener dies, this thing is going in the trash.

Excellent Key RingGarage Door Remote Control
The opener is quite tiny, about 2 inches by 1 inch (smaller than my car remote control). It smoothly opens and closes my garage door. It can control 2 doors. My garage door is a Chamberlin-Liftmaster door from 4/1993. I called Liftmaster to make sure it was compatible. They said as long as it had a learn button that it would be. I had a green learn button. The instructions to program were pretty simple. I had to do the set up twice because I didn't follow the instructions correctly. In the last step push the button on the remote control as soon as the door begins to open. The first time I waited until it finished opening. That was wrong. I am very pleased with the product and glad that I don't have to leave the garage door opener in the car. I like that it is small enough to be on my key ring.
