They stretch but not easily. My girl is 1 but I always get a size up and just like most girl clothing you keep going up to find a good size! So even at 3T it's still pretty tight and small. 18 inch waist band, 9 and a half length.

My baby is 14mo and they fit well.The fabric is a little thin but it worth the money
