I have always been a fan of Dr. Teal's but wanted to try something different so I figured I would give this a try on a whim and went for the 64oz. The container arrived and it's a good size, 4lbs and I liked the screw top better than the Dr. Teal's bag which is a zipper close. I find the top safer for kids around the house and keeps the scent it. Although pricier than Dr. Teal's, Sleep Salts are better quality. The lavender is much stronger and with 1 cup I felt that was enough!As a mom with a small kid I like this product a lot. I find the lavender smell is extremely relaxing, the salts themselves help with the sleep, I even felt less bloated the next day. This is a good substitute for a spa experience if you have small ones and are living on a budget. Definitely worth the splurge!! Wish it would come with a measuring cup to make it a couple set!

I've tried a few different types of salt baths in the past to help with sleep and relaxation. A friend had recommended this brand so I wanted to give it a shot. I'm already about halfway through the tub and am absolutely loving it. The epsom salt combined with the Lavender essential oil is a fantastically relaxing combo. I'm looking forward to trying the other varieties of Sleep Salts as soon as I finish up my current tub (which won't be long!).

I work at a stressful desk job and am tense most of the day. I've tried periodic massages and acupuncture to help relieve the muscles aches in my upper back but don't have enough time to go regularly enough to obtain more than temporary relief. A friend mentioned trying salt baths and was drawn to this brand by their focus on quality. So far I have been so pleased with my purchase. The lavender smell is lovely and is great before bed. I can feel my muscles relaxing, have been getting better rest at night and feel less tense in the morning. Also, to top it all off my skin is so soft! I'd highly recommend this product!

these are great. the scent is nice! and the best part is that it doesn’t have any gross synthetic gunk in it.

They smell incredibly strong in the packet, but you have to add an massive amount to the water to get any smell at all in the bath.They also don't soften the water as much as I remember Epsom salts should but that could be down to the harshness of the water from the taps here.Once you do get enough in there to be able to smell and feel it, they are relaxing as you would expect.

Got here very fast with no problems! Large supply and a great smell that isn't overwhelming. You can't go wrong ordering from these folks, you are receiving a quality product from a smaller company that uses care and consciousness.

These organic sleep salts are amazing!! About once a week I draw a bath with one cup of sleep salt and it's such a wonderful routine that I look forward to. It's meditative and I feel so relaxed after I use them. I do think my sleep has improved and it's all part of my lifestyle to become more zen. And on a practical note unlike other bath salts they don't leave a lot of residue on the tub that's hard to clean. Highly recommend!!
