The book arrived in good timing and to top it off it had 2 access codes and I was not even sure if it had an access code when I made the purchase, good price for a rental book also, considering the big expense to own the book. I am happy with the purchase.

Very good book for basic finance and very affordable to rent as well.

This is what emailed to the seller "Your listing was misleading. "....Edition + Connect Plus". My class started on 8/21/13 and I could have purchased the book at our local bookstore for $197 including connect plus, but purchased yours for $170 and had to buy connect plus on publisher's website for $50. My total is $220, $20 more than I would have paid locally. I think I should receive a $20 refund. I do not have time to send book back, wait for my refund and buy another." The seller indicated this was explained later and refused to refund me $20, which I thought was fair.

Bought this for a class, It's the right book, for less than what the book store was asking; which is all I could really ask for out of it. As far as the actual content goes, it's laid out well enough, but If i really wanted to learn about corporate accounting, I use one of the easier to read indexed, searchable websites about the topic, and then maybe spend the same money on several books about corporate economic theory.
