We have had a chance to work directly with John Jordan and have adopted many of the practices described within his texts. If you are looking for a comprehensive technical explanation to product cost controlling, this is it. The additional material on the latest HANA functionality is great for keeping up to speed with SAP developments.

I liked the way the book has been written with all the details listed for one to get a thorough understanding of the functionality. All the configuration steps have been explained for a consultant looking to grasp the product costing functionality.

Should have reviewed this long back but here I am , just wanted to convey my gratitude for this amazing book. I purchased this couple of years back it’s such a nice reading (a book like this is way better then fiddling through mountain of articles on internet ) , I bought this when I was trying to get into my first Product costing transformation project , I keep going back to it every now and then to refresh a few things.Kudos to John for creating such a nice reference for all of us. (Only small regret is that I should have bought an electronic version from a SAP pass instead of the physical book although it’s a special charm of reading on paper,but PDFs are so convenient) nevertheless, great piece of work.
