Charges fast and very convenient. (edited previous poor review)
I originally wrote that the charger wouldn't really work/stay connected. But I figured out that this was my issue and not the charger. I also ordered a guard/cover that fits over the top of the fitbit screen to protect it. The accessory caused the issue. Once I figured out that I need to remove the screen protector before charging, it works great. Charges very fast and is very convenient. I leave this charger at my desk at work and while I'm sitting (and not moving around/walking) I can let it charge. Corrected my rating and changed the 1 stair to 5 stars.*Original Review* -- this turned out to be user error/accessory attachment issue and not the charger. Great concept and liked the design. But my fitbit doesn't stay connected. The magnet "pulls" the fitbit onto the charger but as soon as my hand moves away the connection is lost. It will only charge if I keep my hand on top, pushing it down into the connectors to charge. To get it charged for 64% to around 78% I sat at my desk with my thumb resting on top of the fit bit for about 20 minutes or so while I read. That was after placing it on the charger and letting it "go" for about 3 hours with minimal change to the battery charge %. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't charging and kept playing with it and figured out I have to pretty much hold it in place to charge. Not worth it.

Clean and easy to use!
This has been a solid and reliable charger on my nightstand, as it just stays in place and I can toss my Fitbit on it with it magnetically falling into place. It’s nice having one less loose cable hanging around. Now if this had MagSafe on one side and Fitbit on the other like the Apple Watch stands that would be the only thing I think could improve it.

Very functional, while the springs work...
Let me start with "I don't write reviews much", and I've had this for about a year now... It's actually very handy, basically every other day I would throw my Fitbit on here while showering or doing something less strenuous for about 30 min, keeps the battery nearly full, love the placement and stand where you don't have to disconnect the strap (using elastic straps).Only reason it's 4 stars is over the last few months it's been harder and harder to get it in JUST the right place to charge... turns out one of the charger pins has been sinking into the stand, and not springing back like it should. So now it's nearly impossible to get the thing to charge, it has to be in JUST the right place and you can't nudge it at all... used to be just drop and go.I'm a pretty handy guy too, I tried to loosen up whatever had gunked the spring (rubbing alcohol around the pin), wiggle it, even grab it with tweezers and pull it back out, but it wasn't fixable. there's no way to see what happened or get at the springs without destroying the housing (which I just about did before giving up).TL;DR: Great for about a year, something wore out that makes charging a hassle...

Great stand.
Smoke flavor. I bought a couple of other stands and they all were just way too light. They would get pulled out or knocked over blown over by a breeze and then of course The watch would get knocked off and not charged. This one's got enough heft to it. It stands up just fine with the phone on it and diamond feel cheap at all. It's a very good value for the money. Considering a waste of a lot of money on other stands, they should package this with the watches but they don't. They just had the student magnet one. But when you put your watch on this band charger it holds it. But it must be a stronger magnet because it clings right to it and it's not hard to get to charge. You just put it on the other ones that are including the OEM. Do you always have to fiddle with this one's great? Just make sure when you put your band on it make it into a loop meaning put the band together as though it were on your wrist. Then you won't have any problems at all

Great, solid lil charging stand. Sleek and works right outta the box!
Love this lil stand, and it feels solid. Has a lil grip on the foot so it's quiet, you don't hear metal clanking if you move it when taking the FitBit off and on. Doesn't fall over either. Cord is nice n log if you need to go to a floorboard plug. Smooth finish - looks sharp. Came with a lil instruction pamphlet but was definitely not needed, just plugged it in and put the watch on it and it does the job.
