This really does soften your hair for sure. Just be aware that this tube is only for one or two uses. If you have fine short hair you can get 2 uses but if you have thick long hair it’s a one use tube. (It’s says it on the back and it’s true) so value for money not so much.

It comes in a vert small tube and the formula is extremely watery it feels like nothing after coating my hair in it, i washed it off and i feel no effect on my hair!! Not going to repurchase!

I use the pre-wash once a week. I leave it on for an hour before washing it out. For the next few days, my fine hair looks and feels much thicker.

This prewash treatment seems to be very effective. I have only used it once, but it made my hair soft and shiny. It looked renewed and it felt sooo clean and soft. It isn't very convenient to use, though, and it does require some planning. The instructions have you applying it to your dry hair, then leaving it on for at least 45 minutes, the longer the better. I am usually hopping into the shower with a limited amount of time before I have to be somewhere, so I have to remember to budget time if I want to use this treatment. Aside from the time problem, it is easy to use and seems to work well.The other big problem I have with this stuff is that it has gluten in it! Well, it has wheat protein, so I *think* that means it has gluten in it. I have celiac disease and have to go out of my way to avoid gluten in my food. The last thing I need is for it to sneak into my shower. Even worse, this brand tests their products on innocent and terrified cats and rabbits. It unnecessary and cruel, torture for the sake of torture...and that's just ugly.

I was looking to alleviate damage done by over processing my hair. I had a bad perm, and then a couple months later, colored my hair. In the past my hair had remained healthy but my last perm left my hair dry and brittle. Adding color did not help. So, I have been looking for solutions to perhaps revive my damaged hair. This was not it, for sure. It only made it worse. Much worse.I followed the directions on the bottle; generously applied to my hair the night before, rinsing and then washing the follow day. The first thing I noticed was my color was washed out and brassy. My roots were particularly affected. Before using this product, I had about 4 weeks of growth showing my grey roots. After this, my roots were gray down to what they would have been before my last coloring. I also noticed that my previously smooth, albeit dry, curls were a big mess of kinky frizz. I thought perhaps with a little mousse and blow-dry, I could maybe recover my curls. What I ended up with was a head of hair with extremely washed out, dull color, and a mess of kinky, frizzy hair that was unmanageable. Think RoseAnn Rosannadanna. That is what I look like now. I am hoping that maybe in a couple days my hair might relax a little. Until then, I am shopping for hats

But not from root to ends because I am also awaiting the shampoo, which should arrive sometime today or tomorrow. I will also be using the conditioner which I already have so I can have the full 3" more inches. I find the smell to be good and it doesn't hang around forever.

Instead, I focused on the lengths and the pieces around my face as those areas are heat-styled the most often and/or have highlights and therefore are the most likely to be damaged. You are supposed to apply this on dry hair at least 45 minutes prior to showering. I just threw my hair up in a clip after applying the product and ran some errands. It doesn't drip out of your hair or make a mess. I followed with the shampoo and conditioner from the same line and my hair was soft, shiny and manageable without being weighed down. To some degree, your results are going to depend on how damaged your hair was in the first place, and aside from the lengths in the back, which have old highlights, mine is in very good shape. I think this is a great product for people who have damaged hair they want to grow, people who frequently heat style, people who color their hair and people with dry hair.
