Good product, needs better packaging
I broke my chaor back rest on one side, looked for many options and finally decoded on this.The packaging was good, but there was no protective bubble wrap in the box. That would be more useful for safe keeping during transport.The package included the back rest, along with 5 bolts and a spanner.The rubber seal near the edges had come out near the corners, but fixed it easily in place.Installed it myself, but to remove the broken one you need an Allan key which i already had. Installation took a bit of time but the fit is very good. Same quality cloth and material as that of the original.Overall good product!

Ok Product. Can be better
Got this one after the backrest of my 4 year old Boom chair broke. The measurements and the fitting is accurate.Downside is the cushion effect. In the original one there is a gap between the mesh and the hard plastic behind, which gives a good cushion effect. But in this one the mesh is on top of the hard plastic without a gap (especially at the lumbar area), so you will feel the hardness on your back.Also, got the bolts but the key/screw-driver was missing. Need to see how long will this last.

Do not buy this, very poor quality plastic. The shape deforms and warps very easily.
