This spatula is sturdy, well built and lasting.It it long, with sharp edge, lacks flexibility to bend and lift.Cuts or breaks fish.Not very practical.

Amazingly nicely made - beautiful handle. Let down a bit by the blade which is around 1mm thick... not thin or flexible enough I think

Solid, does the job. Keep in mind this will not work if you’re looking to flip an omelette in an 8inch pan.
