I got a product that looks slightly different. It's really pretty (perhaps even better than the one depicted here) so I have no complaints in that sense. However, I think it's important that the exact product is sent because sometimes people order items after taking careful measurements and if you send something else it could be a deal breaker.Having said that, the equipment works flawlessly so far, Better Living pumps do not leak like cheaper models which is why I always opt for them.Strong word of caution: these come with silicon glue but I strongly urge anyone getting this or any other soap dispenser to mount it using screws. In my experience, items mounted with glue fail sooner or later, especially since these things are quite heavy when full and get force from all directions exerted on them - the pumps take a bit of a push before they dispense the product. Be smart and use screws for mounting.

I read the reviews with 3 main threads, cheap material, adhesive not working and falling down right away, or thick products not working through the pump. To address these issues with my experience:1. Cheap Material - I paid $22, what should I expected to get? It's not expensive material but does it work? and look good? yes! I say I got my moneys worth2. Adhesive not working and falling off shortly after installation - I read a lot of these comments, so I didn't use the adhesive that came with the package, I used my own bathroom silicone to stick it on, and trust me, she's on there and not going anywhere any time soon!3. Pump not working - now this is where I almost started to believe the reviews....... I must have pumped that thing over 100 times! (didn't bother counting) but after just sticking with it and priming that nozzle like a mad woman, it worked! My husband uses Head and Shoulders shampoo, which is thick as f***, and it works. If it works for that, it will work for you, just don't give up on it.So I would buy it again, and would recommend it to others, just read the instructions on priming it (and stick with it) and I think you will be happy with your purchase! :-)

Great value for money easy to Install and use for adults and children

Leí que a muchos se les había caído y no me quise arriesgar así que yo aquí tenía silicón y cinta doble cara 32lb ambos de gorilla glue y con esto ya lleva más de una semana muy puesto en su lugar y no le veo intenciones de caerse! También leí que tenían problema con líquidos espesos así que tuve miedo del acondicionador y para nada TODOS salen perfecto!!! Súper buen artículo y compraré uno más para mis papás! Me gustó mucho. LEAN LAS INSTRUCCIONES, vienen muy claras y detalladas y no tuve un solo problema.

I bought 2 of these as I like the idea of having the products easily accessible and seeing exactly how much is remaining. In that regards it's quite good and it performs well. However, BOTH dispensers fell and broke as a result of the silicone they provided. These were installed onto different bathrooms and different tiling. The silicone is still on the tiles, but, it did not stick well to the dispenser bracket. Originally, when one fell and broke, I just brushed it off as a fluke. When the second dispenser fell off the wall and broke, I examined it carefully to determine the reason why it occurred.Hopefully others won't make the same mistake. You need to go to a home store and buy proper silicon to install this dispenser.

I bought 6 of these to set up in apartments I manage. Set them up as instructed, put them in hard and after 1 hour, I added soap in the compartments.3/6 of them fell off within the hour. I decided to remove the 3 others, got silicon and glued them on myself. The ones I set up with my own silicon held on and work great. I tried to find a way to contact the seller to let them know but it was impossible to get them.So I got new ones to replace the others and will use my own silicon. Great product if you use your own silicon to hold it. Otherwise, don't buy it
