Welcome back ABBA
I remember ABBA from their first incarnation and enjoyed their music, although I wasn't a diehard fan. When I heard about their return after 40 years I was intrigued, and listened to the 2 songs released prior to the release of Voyage. At first I was blown away by 'Don't Shut me Down' but not too sure about 'I Still have Faith in You'. However, when the album was released I ordered it and immediately played it in the car CD. I must admit that at first few listens I wasn't sure, but the more I listened the more the album grew on me. Now I find it very difficult to decide which ones are my favourites as all the songs are amazing. You definitely have to listen to it over and over to really appreciate it. Even if you're not an ABBA fan I think you will enjoy this album. Stand out tracks for me are the two aforementioned tracks, although I can't decide which of the two is my favourite (I keep changing my mind!), also 'I can be that Woman' which has quirky lyrics but when you listen to them carefully they really do tell a story. I would say my least favourite is 'Keep an eye on Dan' but it is still a good track. Would thoroughly recommend this album.

Requires a second or third listen
On first hearing I thought a number of things:Firstly, that the soaring harmonies were as good as ever (and unkindly thought Auto Tune does have its uses - on second hearing I'm convinced the ladies sang their parts unaided, as usual).Secondly, that this is a very introspective album not full of the usual instant hits or hooks that you remember and hum to yourself on one hearing. This is ABBA that's given-up on Ferraris and adopted Chauffeur Driven Rolls Royce, and 141 piece orchestras in many places. However,A Second and Third hearings straighten your head out, this ABBA at its most brilliant, I understand why the live performances will be a triumph of holography. If you're an original ABBA fan take a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you've changed The album is a grower, the tunes couldn't be from anyone else but Benny and Bjorn and I suspect that somewhere in the mix there's a Mamma Mia III in pre-production. Highly recommended.

Great album
Great Album, bought before seeing the show. Really enjoyable and true to ABBA sound. Found the Christmas track a bit random. Would recommend.
