I purchased the rugalach and was seriously blown away by the product! This tasted better than any other cookies I have had in the past ( better than the ones from restaurants with gluten and all garbage)! the texture is perfect - slightly crispy on the outside and deliciously soft in the inside. You can freeze them after you get them( if you still have anything left to freeze)... and they will defrost and taste perfect and fresh . Definetely recommend to anyone off gluten and even if you usually eat gluten , this is a delicious treat and leaves your body feeling healthy without any stomach discomfort that usually comes after eating junk...

Great flavor but I wish it had frosting.

Fan of Katz, this offering fell short of expectations. Texture felt cardboard like…dry and crumbly. Flavor suffered from low notes of chocolate, challenging to discern from the over baked texture

The package says keep frozen, which surprised me given how it shipped. Even though I ate them after a couple days at room temperature, they did not spoil. They were rather solid and small. Like a graham cracker crossed with a croisant in texture. The cinnamin and sugar flavors were present. They were so small , the cost of these mini compared to similar priced gluten (normal) cinnamon rolls is huge.
