I love it the first aid that works not confusing easy to use and GREAT. Charging case is portable and I'm crying I can hear. I bought so many and the one I had before was so awful I was just going to give up. When this arrived it was funny cause my son ran cause the last one had him on the phone with Amazon me winning in his ear, trying so hard to get it to work. Amazon is amazing they gave me credit and this was my last shot. When it came my son ran and I opened it up stuck it in my ear and BAM used it for a couple of seconds, charged it for about an hour and BAM. I am watching tv without the entire house hearing. I had Bible Study and could actually hear what my kids were saying. I actually had to tell them can you please talk a little softer you are LOUD. I understand thou they've been use to screaming at me, this is going to take some time :) I CAN HEAR tears thank you thank you thank you. Get this get it

I lost total hearing in one hear and 50% in the other ear from a viral infection. It literally happened overnight. I investigated hearing aids at a local audiologist. These things run into the $7,000 range. Ouch! I decided to give these a try.I charged them fully when they arrived. I read the instructions carefully and installed the proper size domes. When I inserted them in my ear canals, wow, what a difference! I still could not hear in the "deaf" ear, but in the other one it was like having my hearing restored. It is an awesome feeling to be able to hear again. The battery life on these lasts from morning to bedtime. They take 3-4 hours to charge. They are comfortable to wear. In fact, I really don't even notice them when they are in. And, how wonderful it is to have some hearing back!

These hearing aids worked OK for me for the short time that they worked. After a few days of use, one of the units stopped working. It still made all the right beeping signals, but there was no amplification of the sounds around me. Apparently, the microphone and/or amplifier failed. I was using a fairly high volume level, but that isn't a legitimate reason for the failure. I got a replacement pair quickly, thanks to Amazon's easy return/replacement policy. After a few days, both of the replacement units failed, with the same symptoms as the original unit. I'm returning them and will look elsewhere.The bargain price of these hearing aids is tempting, but I suspect that the manufacturer does very little testing and quality control before shipping them out. My wife reminded me that you generally get what you pay for.

Comes with cleaner brush, different sized ear pieces for comfort. Buttons are in convenient location. Sleek case design. I like the light that indicates where you’re at in the charging process. Instruction manual that describes everything in detail. Lightweight and don’t feel heavy on. Fast shipping and haven’t had any problems so far!

My initial review was a bit unfair, as i rated this product out of frustration because my mother had a complaint. However, to be fair to this product, the volume button is not an easy thing to manage for a beginner of technology. This product is affordable for its purpose. The sound was okay to me, the management of trying to turn volume up and down can use a retrofit. I would recommend them, you just have to follow instructions.

For $150 I don’t think you’re likely to find a better product. These are small compared to similar products and not bulky, and quite comfortable. They are irritating my ears a little bit, but that’s likely because I’m not used to having things in my ears for that long. It took me a while to figure out the 4 modes and what volume worked for me on each mode, but once I figured it out, the difference was amazing. I learned that things that I never knew made a noise, did.The battery life is incredible as well, especially considering that they’re rechargeable and have a charging case.Overall I’m very impressed by this product. The real test will be if these hold up over time and daily use.

1. Product not well packaged: When the box was first opened, the capsule (charger) was out of its place, and I noticed that nothing was fixing it to the box. It means that at the time of transport, the product could have moved and damaged.2. The box was NOT sealed even by a plastic foil.3. The materials of the device are weak, such as the cables that connect to the headphones.4. My grandmother's hearing has not improved at all, even though that is what the product is supposed to offer.PD: This is not the first time that I have problems with Chinese products. Bad Chinese companies with low-quality products.

I purchased this hearing aid product for my 77 yr old mother-in-law who lives with us. She has seriously hearing problem. This product is very easy for her to manage. Good fit , less weight, good battery backup and good sound quality. I can speak to her at a normal level from another room.
