Great product
Just received this product. I had ordered one about $6 cheaper with thousands of reviews. As soon as I put on, I knew it does not provide support at all. Doesn't even come close to this.within minutes of wearing, I felt great support and relief.I have had many different belts, but all have been full belt. This was the first SI Belt and I think it will do me real well.

SI belt decent option for some support!
Only had for a few days. The amount to wear and during what activities you should use it should be discussed with your physical therapist so it is not a crutch but a tool to help strengthen. However, after having just a few days, here are my preliminary thoughts:Pros:Comfortable.Up to moderate support (as base layer still stretches as opposed to non-stretch support of Serola belt).Moderate pain relief when wearing.Cons:Can slip pretty easily which is frustrating. Slips more for people with hourglass figures.

Very good product
I got this product for lingering hip pain and so far it has helped to provide some long-awaited relief. The instructions say to wear it intensely for 2 weeks so I will see how it does after another week but so far it has provided welcomed relief! Also, I contacted customer service about a free knee pillow offer and they responded right away and processed my free offer with no problem. I received it in one day. I am very satisfied with the product and the company.

Well made.
It's a very well made back/SI joint belt. I'm a male with a 30" inch waist and it fits fine. I would totally recommend this belt for someone looking for SI joint support.

Too narrow to provide necessary support.
It is well made but too narrow to provide necessary support for my back. It does slide too and does not stay it place.

Helped for a couple weeks. Then velcro wouldnt hold and rendered brace unusable.
In the beginning i liked it, but shortly after, the velcro slowly kept getting worse on holding. Basically now i can't use the tension straps. I can only use the main one. Renders this useful as theain part of the brace is not enough for me. I also didn't likethat the brace rolls over. And it does also slide up which gets aggravating mentally but also aggravates my back pain n sciatica. I want to like this brace n good review but i can't.

Firm hold is gone after a few months.
I bought this Apecore SI Band after I lost one (this is a different manufacturer as the other one didn’t seem to be available any longer) and have been very disappointed with the Velcro grip after a few months. I only wear the band when I am going to be sitting for long periods of time, maybe 1 -2 times every 5-10 days, so I was surprised that the Velcro grip has become less and less effective. I have ordered a different one and would not recommend apecore.

Helped my posture today
The band is comfortable. Wore it under jeans and wasn't too noticeable. But would be hard to wear under work pants. As I was walking today my hips felt more in align. I have ankylosing spondylitis with sacroilitis on both sides. With this strap I felt my si joint were grinding less. Only used 1 day so far but will continue to use as I felt it went well today
