Replacement Mandolin
This was to replace my old one of 15 odd years. It works efficiently and is easy to clean. It is very stable making bit safe f to use.

Food slicer
Does what it’s supposed to do. Great for slicing fruit to put in the dehydrator, nice and thin so the food dries and is nice and crunchie. All the goodness and none of the fat of crisps.

Well designed and easy to use.
Clever design allows for all blades to be part of main apparatus, and all three are adjustable. I've just made dauphinois potatoes - very easy to get the right thickness after a couple of tries - and then some excellent potato crisps. Then I julienned some carrots - no problems.Comes with veg holder, gloves and a cleaning brush. The "legs" fold underneath after use and it's easy to clean. Much better than my previous mandolin.The blades are sharp and will cut your fingers if you are careless, but that's not the fault of this slicer - it has to be sharp to work.

Mandolin
Doesn't make you feel safe. I'm always on edge due to the sharpness of the blades but that's just me. Cutting wise. It's OK for slicing and making chips. Anything else. It's not that great. Looking at alternatives.

Mandarin slicer
Very disappointed with this slicer, really wish I had bought the V slicer instead!! The thing that you hold an onion for instance to protect your fingers , doesn’t hold it ! Total waste of my hard earned money !

Not a bad little machine
Have only used this once shredding red cabbage and it worked really well. The instructions for taking out the cutting shaft were a bit vague, but I figured it out in the end. Also the dial knob is a bit stiff, should get a bit looser in time. On the whole it appears to be a good machine. The cutting blades are very sharp (be careful as the gloves are not fit for purpose).
