I purchased this for my wife as she was told by the dentist that drinking tea in the normal way was staining the front of her teeth.They are champagne and cheerful cheerful come as a muti-pack. One she keeps at her office, one at home and the other in a pouch in her hand bag. The rest are in a drawer at home.They are easy to clean as the silicone tips come off and there is a little pipe cleaning brush supplied.There is no noticeable metallic taste.The only down side is they are a little bigger than your average straw.Well worth the money.

What a great idea, these are the best thing ever. They are sturdy enough for children and smart looking enough for adults. They wash fine in the dishwasher, but best of all it comes with it's own little brush. They come in a lovely little bag so you dont lose them, they have thought about everything. I LOVE THESE.

I ordered these as I'm sick of using paper straws and having to throw it away after two sips . These are perfect they coke in the little bag which fits in your bag so you can easily carry them around and I love the fact they come with silicone rubber parts for the tops so you don't have the taste of the metal . They are also well priced for what you gets 5 straws , the bag and the cleaning brush

I bought these because KFC wanted me to drink out of paper cigars.They're strong decent little straws. But I don't like the fattened ring near the top, you can't get as much straw in your mouth before hitting that. Doesn't feel so comfortable in the mouth. Maybe they'd suit children, or those who like to sip out of straws. But if you use straws to guzzle hang over drinks - they might get annoying.

Too much plastic in the oceans, just have to take responsibility and stop. I always use straws. This is the answer no issues no taste issues no problem, use again and again clean it every use let it dry through. Comes with a comprehensive kit and brush. Shame should have been around a decade or two ago.

These have been a god send. My 2 year old tends to chew straws and the totally pointless paper straws places provide just collapse in seconds. No way she's damaging these. The rubber tips help protect her teeth and the extra wide straw is great for slushies. A+
