Every time the charge runs out I have to re-calibrate both collars. The red collar's shock mode worked for one day and hasn't since. Other than that, for the price it is okay.

Not a good product.
One collar worked for 35 days then stopped working. Will charge but will not pair with handset any longer. Definitely not water resistant either, as advertised.

They keep disconnecting themselves and I have to reprogram 😡😡 not work the $$

Works great. It was nice to have a back up after my dog chewed on one of them
