This design is pretty stout, quite heavy and seems to be made well. Had a simple issue with it, contacted the seller and it was remedied in a very timely fashion. Thank you for a great product and great customer service.

The seller should be updating their description since we have had discussion on their design. We upgraded to the Eurmax and have used it once this passed weekend for the first time. We are impressed with the framework and 6 sided design of the legs. Base of the legs are heavy duty and impressive too. Although we do hope the canopy lives up to its visual inspection we do have an issue. To clarify, this canopy is water resistant and not water proof. We asked Eurmax specifically. As artisans at major festivals, we expect to be able to roll up the 3 sides and tie them off. Well, we can, but we have to improvise with ball bungees to do so. Although standard in the industry, this is not a standard with Eurmax and cannot be customized. The ball bungee has to be between the velcro of the tent and of the panel to work. It works fine but we should not have to be improvising. The front panel does give the option to roll up and tie off. Just do not understand why they would not provide the tie offs with the sides. Even though you can roll up the door, which we have not yet, there is nothing to anchor the wall to the ground once it is open. So, beware, if you choose keep the front panel down and just open the door, you will have to determine how you will anchor the panel in the lower corner else the panel is just going to flop with the wind. Also, the sides are only long enough to cover to ground level in the first position on the legs. There are 3 height settings on the legs. If you need to go to the second or third setting up, the sides will not reach the ground. Eurmax feels they are offering what is standard in the industry. We know differently that artisans choose to roll their sides up and tie them off and they require full coverage in any height position. I was going to give this a 3 star rating but feel the structure is more important than the issue we have with the sides. We have asked Eurmax to trade the current sides we have for sides that will have tie offs. That is not an option for them even though they offer customization. So, their 100% customer satisfaction is an overstatement. Oh, one other thing. When the canopy is housed in the bag, the 2 legs that are not on the metal base can slip down out of the bag as the bottom of the bag is open. This could become an issue over time as we continue to open and close the legs they will become more loose. Not sure how much of an issue this will become as we attempt to move the canopy around. Will the legs continue to slip out and have to be pushed back up inside the bag. Time will tell.

I will report on this further after we use it more but this canopy looks like a winner. It is easier to set up than many and much stronger than all the others I shopped for. I did it alone the first time, including the side walls, in about an hour and that included a lot of time just looking things over and getting familiar with the workings of everything. The Hexagonal legs operate way smoother than any square leg unit I've set up and I've done most of them. Still, it's much easier with two people and I highly recommend getting help.One trick is after expanding the frame and covering the top, after you attach the four corners, have one person go into the middle and push up on the center post while another sets the legs by popping the corner slides up till the buttons catch. It makes it real easy to get it opened up. Also, if you're putting the sides on, do it while the canopy is down or at most, extended only to the first stop on the legs. It will be much easier. I folded the top fabric corners up so I could easily get the sides in place because the corners go up under the top. Each side panel has a center seam which you can easily align with the center of the side braces because there is a hinge located there to position you. Once the center is in place, walk the velcro towards each corner respectively. Once all four sides are in place, you can zip them together at each corner and tie them to the legs with the attached velcro. Then, go outside and fold the top down over the corners and fasten the last few inches of velcro. There, now you're ready to extend the legs and enjoy your new canopy.By the way, I ordered two units and the factory, Eurmax, only had one of these in stock which they shipped. I told them about how I needed them both right away for an upcoming weekend event and Jessica got right on locating another unit and getting it shipped out. That's the kind of service I can appreciate.I think you'll like this canopy. There's no question, when you get yours, that this is maybe the highest quality unit you can get in this price range.'

This is an ALL STAR commercial grade canopy. I was very nervous as it was quite heavy upon delivery, near 70 pounds. The bag and frame are much longer in storage than the EZ Up brand as well. HOWEVER, once you put the wheels onto the carrying bag, pulling the equipment is easy. The frame is made of aluminum. I chose that style. However, you can upgrade it to steel-but would be heavier of course. This is not some tin can aluminum, it is solid and heavy. There is no way it would bust in a simple storm. The canopy comes in several different colors of your choosing. Now I am very picky about my canopies and the material that goes on my frame. I don't like the paper thin product. This company has a very sturdy and thick fabric that attaches with ease! Plus you can store the canopy ON the frame after you use it the first time. Just fold it up and put back in the bag. The enclosure kit INCLUDED with this deal is made of the SAME thick material as the canopy cover. Even better it is all VELCRO to the top of the frame. How easy! They have all the sides already zipped together so all you have to do is Velcro it to the top canopy. The doorway is very nice and the window are very nice as well. The window is screened though so the ONLY downside I might post is that a couple times the Velcro sticks to the screen so you have a lot of knots in the mesh. Other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend this canopy to ANYONE looking to take their business to the next level. I'm glad I took the chance and invested.

I was disappointed with the quality of the tent top material feels very flimsy.I have owned my current euromax tent for 7 years and the top is thicker and a heavier material.

We use this tent weekly for our soccer league. Very sturdy. We love the sides for colder weather.
