Got this recently for my first inflatable kayak. Thank freakin goodness I bought this. It comes in its own case, so if you have an inflatable craft you won't need to worry about puncturing. its fairly light and portable. It takes not even a minute to setup, and that's mainly the tying it to your craft part. It's rope that comes with it feels on the thinner side, but its actually pretty strong. It saved my butt the last time I went out with my boat and got stuck in the current, used it to throw it across the river and pull myself to safety. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone.

Our first time out this summer and it was a very windy day. So we threw the anchor in a shallow area and it held both me and my husband in place. We both use very large paddle boards and the anchor was able to keep us both in one spot. Considering how windy it was, I’d say that’s pretty good. It’s obviously not perfect and can move, but for the price it does what I need it to do.

I purchased this item for a float tube. It is much larger than expected but should be able to make it work.

When the anchor is open make sure the lock is moved to the bottom to hold the prongs open and your not moving
