Liposomal Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin Complex Spray (1 Pack)

Because I was conceived with Celiac Disease and it wasn't discovered until recently as an older adult, I have MANY internal bone and muscle and digestion/absorption issues, particularly with B vitamins....which caused my many health issues! My neurologist recently tested my blood for all the B vitamins plus other things to determine the cause of my severe neuropathy, as I am not diabetic. My B-12 came out high, while all the other B's were right on. This is interesting since I rarely do more than 4-5 squirts under my tongue/day (1/2 - 1/3 the recommendation). My neuropathy in my fingers has been reduced/restored so that I can grip small items without extreme pain...without any pain, actually! My severe foot neuropathy is actually getting better -- I can now partially feel the flooring under my feet! Wahoo!! My Neurologist said that my neuropathy is primarily from my Celiac Disease, so ingesting it in my mouth tissues is paramount for my absorption! THIS product has been instrumental in restoring feeling to my extremities! It takes TIME, so don't think that a few squirts for a few weeks or months will "cure" you.The taste? It's a B vitamin, which always tastes not terribly pleasant, but this is actually better tasting than most. The fact that these B's are Methyl-formulated AND with FOLATE instead of Folic Acid is a PLUS for me, and a requirement for my body. This is a great price for a quality product. VERY happy with it!

This is a great quality product, which I ordered as a replacement when my brand of choice was temporarily unavailable. However, the taste is really tart (and given that you spray it under your tongue, it’s kind of like eating a really tart lemon every time). I do like tart things, but under the tongue is a little intense.
