To support my partner in his medical keto diet (for neurological condition), I've been looking for sweet treats that are both rich and sweet. This spread has been amazing. Every so often when I feel like snacking, but not really hungry, I will dip my pinky finger in and have a taste. It's tasy and rich enough to satisfy my sweettooth, however rich enough that I don't binge eat the whole thing like I would with non-keto, carby snacks.I can't comment on it's use as a spread because I've literally only fingerdipped into it as a naughty snack. Per 100gr it is really low in glucose/net carbs, so a finger dip is really marginal in my daily keto measurements. Definitely recommend, super yummy and keto friendly (in moderation)

First of all, the brand is AWESOME for using erythritol and Stevia - the best tasting / healthiest sweeteners that don't spike your blood sugar like malitol does (seriously why do most diabetic products use malitol when it has 70% of the glucose level of sugar). That's what attracted me to this brandAnyway I like the texture of the product with the peanut pieces, and it does taste like banana albeit artificial. However they went heavy on the sweetener to the point where it was nauseating after a spoonful. Seriously that erythritol taste is so strong you need to drink multiple glasses of water to quench your thirst afterwards! Considering the high price for these products, I was expecting much better quality control. Won't be purchasing again

As others have mentioned, this is extremely sweet and has a slightly artificial taste and melty type texture.That said, it is ok for what it is, for me it isn't particularly moorish but if I need a pick me up I will dig in with a tea spoon and satisfy the sweet tooth. Very nutty and easily spread though I have chosen to keep mine in the fridge as I don't see me finishing this any time soon.The sweetener is evident in this so if that will bother you then this is probably a no go.

3rd flavour I have tried and it is as delicious as the Banoffi and salted caramel.Eating it out of the jar is my issue. So tasty as a treat.I suggest you use it from the fridge.

It’s not awful but it’s so runny and it’s so sweet with a sweetener that also turns your mouth cold. Caramel I can sort of understand - no idea where the Nougat comes in? There’s bits but they’re more biscuity. It’s odd, it’s not what I expected and sadly not a very nice experience. I’d recommend Grenade spread not this stuff, this is also overpriced

I've bought several other brands of salted caramel peanut butter now but this one wins hands down. I am on about my 7 or 8th order now. I only have this with my protein pancakes and it's so delicious. just wish it wasn't so expensive as I go through a jar every 2 weeks. and that's not having loads either and I only use it about 3 times a week.

Firstly, it’s amazing that this brand has used erythritol and stevia and keto friendly ingredients.The use of Shea in combination with coconut makes this taste extremely chemical and almost soap like. Let’s leave Shea fat to cosmetics.If you have ever tried eating solid coconut oil, this tastes exactly like it, but sweeter. Do not recommend.

I've ordered it recently, and oh my oh my, it's so delicious that I could not stop snacking on it. It's seriously addictive, especially if you like salted caramel which was always my weakness!Whether you want to spread it, add it to your granola, or eat it directly from a jar- just try it. Considering other alternatives, it's cheap too!
