Good level of ingredients

We had been buying a product of the same brand that contained 10,000 IU of vitamin D but that became unavailable. My blood vitamin D lab test had been right in the middle of the range. Possibly as little as 1000 IU could be sufficient to maintain that so we switched to the 5000 IU version.The capsules are tiny and one can hardly feel that one is swallowing them. That also means they have no flavor.Oil-soluble nutrients, including vitamins, have unpredictable absorption because many try to avoid consuming any fats. These capsules should be consumed along with the meal of the day that contains the most fat. Even one teaspoon of vegetable oil makes a difference.

And these have the quantities I wanted all in one easy to swallow capsule at a decent price. No taste whatsoever and the quality is there!
