Does not remove hair! More like play dough. Wax melts easily and cools easily, however, does not remove hair at all. Started with fine hairs around hairline and doesnt even grab those. Had to order new wax.Update - Seller made contact, compensated for the inconvenience and assured that the vendor has been changed. Do still recommend the seller, just not this lot of product.

Wish I had a life time supply !!!! I have had a hard time finding a good wax and this stuff is exactly what I needed

The packaging was really cute. Upset at the fact that the containers are small thought they would be a little bigger. I'm better off buying the ones with the bag in it much more then container

The consistency of the waxes are different. some are like clear colored and theres others like are a milky color. it's like half are milky colored and half are clear colored. so depending which one you choose to use, it'll just be a little different. BUT, they all work fine. I used them for my Brazilian wax and my armpits, and it gets all the hair. if it works on a Brazilian, im pretty sure it'll work on any other body part.

I’ve tried a lot of waxes but this one works the best, gets all of the hair the first time and it ALL comes off at once

If I could, I would of rated this product a zero. I bought 2 wax warmers and 2 wax refill kits. The wax melts very easily but it doesn't remove hair, not even the fine ones.
