Not good Salmon ,And on the package it says Norwegian like. Not even close :( I can get this at Walmart !!

Yes, this is the one.
I just don't understand why someone would give this product a negative review. Perhaps it's because the smoke is subtle, as it should be with this type of fish and they were expecting a blast of hardwood. Perhaps they were not expecting it to be cold-smoked, so the rich, soft, buttery texture caught them off guard. Perhaps they haven't had the 50+ years of experience eating in and (long ago) working in a real New York style deli, as I have. Maybe they haven't had the disappointment with every other lox/cold smoked salmon I have had during my arduous search for this disappearing delicacy over the past 5 years or so, except this one.If you want quality and something authentic, this is it. If you want a chunk of hot-smoked salmon, visit your local supermarket and you'll find a passable product, shrink-wrapped for your enjoyment.
