I purchased my current iSpring RCC7, NSF Certified, High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Filtration System about 5 years ago. The water in my area is very hard and not consumable directly out of the tap. iSpring makes every glass taste even better than bottled water. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because my water is so hard I have to replace membranes more frequently than I anticipated.I’m pleased with the way the system works. Disinfected and replaced all filters in my 6 stage ispring ro system after 2 years of ownership. Wasn't sure if the original membrane was a 75gpd but thats what I bought. Got it all back together after disinfecting and flushing the empty system. flushed 1/2/3 filters, hookedthem back up to the rest of the system, ran 3 tanks through it as I watched the ppm stabilize and it's good to go. This membrane seems to work just as good as the original.

I have had my iSpring reverse osmosis filtration system for about three years. It was time for a filter change and I wanted to be sure which filters I needed. A quick call to iSpring was all that was required. Terrific service (Thanks Nick and John) and they helped me make sure I understood how to swap the filters and flush the system. The filters are high quality and the installation is a breeze.I don't know which I appreciate more. The great water I get from my iSpring RO system, or the support iSpring provides. And, they are super friendly.I can't recommend iSpring enough.

I have had an iSpring water filtration system for about five years. I had my installtion of the unit under my sink. After that I easily replaced the various filters myself when needed.The Reverse Osmosis filter was very easy to replace. I had a minor issue and a few questions so I called iSpring technical support and spoke to an excellent technician named John. He was professional and not only resolved a minor installation issue but also answers my questions about my iSpring Device. He was patient, very informative, and with his guidance my RO filter replacement was a success.The iSpring filter unit has provided me with years of clean pure drinking water. I have only had two issues in those years when replacing filters and I recommend John for any issues that arise. We are so pleased with our RO system from iSpring. Delivers great tasting drinking water. We have had the system almost 8 years at a remote seasonal cabin. We needed to replace all the filters in our 5 stage system. We had a couple questions about the process and one call to the company question was answered.FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company is great, they stand behind their product, know their product and want to make sure their customers are satisfied. Clearly explained the replacement process. Highly recommend iSpring Reverse Osmosis system to anyone. You will not be disappointed.Knocked off a couple starts for Ease of Install, just need to do it slowly and methodically. Replacing all filters and RO membrane and reprise the tank took little over an hour.

I was considering buying a DOW chemical corporation brand membrane, as they are clearly the industry leader in technology and design, but I figured I'd give this one a try first, so far the water quality and taste is very good quality, 10 ppm after initial system flush, and that's a pretty good number considering the 300+ ppm reading at the tap, and slightly deficient water pressure, higher pressure yields lower ppm, higher gpd, and lowee waste water ratio BTW, my next addition to my system is going to be a dual inline PPM meter that monitors before and after water quality, as well as a supply water pressure gauge, so that I can determine whether or not I should purchase a booster pump for raising the inlet water pressure, again higher pressure means cleaner product water and less ro wastewater from the system

I returned the first filter because the gasket location is 2-3/8" from the edge. I received the second filter replacement, and it also came with the gasket location in the same location. It does not match the picture nor any RO membrane I ever installed before. I sent an inquiry to iSpring and have not received a response as yet!Is this a manufacturing defect or a design change? Is anyone else having this issue?UPDATE3/16/22: ISpring customer support responded by informing me it's a design change and updated the information on the website when I reported the issue to them. Will change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars due to the quick response.

Product arrived next day and was double sealed for quality control. Actual US based support person knows the entire system. RO filter unit fit perfectly with zero problems. NEXT DAY DELIVERY! A+++++++

I've replaced the RO membrane in my system 4 times now (once a year) and each time it comes back as the first day I installed it.For a family of 2 it keeps our kettle free of hard water scale and eliminates that Cambridge, Ontario water taste (if you know, you know)
