Good little laptop
No product received. I contacted FedEx (always problems with FedEx) I contacted FedEx and Amazon. Amazon support spoke good english! He passed me to a FedEx dude who had to keep repeating some type of english. Then call for dropped on his end. Very frustrated... Product could be good...maybe...Update:4 stars. Delivery date kept changing and delivery itself got messed up. After all that, laptop looks nice for used. Speed and performance appears normal. No battery life at all, but I keep plugged in mostly anyway. Thx

The WORST laptop I have ever owned
I bough this laptop as a recommendation from a friend of mine who owned the same laptop. I must have either bought the wrong one or she must have accidentally gotten one that worked. Within first getting this laptop, the screen would go off, leaving me to force shut down and restart my progress. This laptop is slow, touchscreen doesn't work, the screensaver freezes, the speakers are barely audible even when they're at max volume, and crashes and blue screens are becoming constant. Despite this having Nvidia Geforce graphics, games run like crap and have an unbearable lag and stutter in sound. Occasionally, I lose my wifi connection even though the wifi on my part is working perfectly well with my other devices. I'm honestly considering returning this laptop since it's just awful. My advice is don't spend over $700 over this laptop. Go do your own research and get a good quality laptop better than this. HP please improve your laptops.

Touchscreen display not working
Display is described as touchscreen display which is a feature we need, but the laptop we received does not have touchscreen display. If it wasn't for that reason, I would have given better rating as the laptop arrived in perfect condition and ahead of promised schedule. Seller was prompt to handle our questions and return.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
Not nearly as fast or powerful as I had hoped. And ... Worst sound system and speakers of any laptop I haver owned! Less expensive DELLs are a far better buy.

it is good to watch movies and do school on
Decent computer. However, be warned this does not have a touchscreen on it.Runs well, and is more powerful than I anticipated, but should not be bought as a gaming laptop if you plan on running Triple A games on max settings.Overall though, it is good to watch movies and do school on.

This is nothing more than a scam, do not buy
DO NOT BUY WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY, this is a scam or something. I bought this thinking it was a great deal; instead, constant crashes and audio problems. After returning it I ordered a new copy thinking it was just a faulty odd one out of the lot, new one came in, all of the same issues, please for your sake do not give into this scam.

Desktop?
it worked good for a few days then it started randomly shuting off while unplugged but on a full battery. so i looked inside and found the connectors to the battery all messed up so now its basically a desktop.
