I found the buttons and navigation to be pretty easy to learn and use after a few minutes. Cameras seem to be of pretty good quality. Highly customizable with what cameras you plan on using, and where and how you plan on using them.While camera cable lengths were more than enough, the large 4 pin connector was impossible to fish through my Peterbilt mirror brackets. I had to spend time cutting ends off, fishing cables through and re-soldering and heat shrinking both left and right cables in the dash. Not a huge ordeal, but tedious and time consuming when a lower profile connector could have been used. I heat shrinked over the plugs /connectors at exterior cameras to prevent any premature corrosion issues, as they do not appear to be remotely water-tight. It would also have been nice if the monitor cable had a removable plug of some sort to make installation a little easier. EDIT TO ADD: 5/19/23, the new replacement "head unit" does in fact have a removable plug. This is an excellent update to the original design.The screen was put together with dirt under the outer cover. I'm not talking about the protective cover that you remove after installation, but the top layer of the screen. There's several visible pieces of debris under the top layer causing air bubbles. I don't really use the screen while driving, and am still able to view videos, but the lack of build quality is disappointing. EDIT TO ADD 5/19/23, the new, updated display is shows a much better build quality out of the box.I had some functional issues with the first unity and initiated a return/exchange through Amazon, and the replacement also has several air bubbles in the top layer of the screen. I replaced only the "head unit" and would love to be able to change my 1 star to a better rating once I have a few days use with it and it at least doesn't have ALL of the previous unit's issues.EDIT TO ADD 5/19/23 Revision: After some time with the system, it performs as expected. The seller has sent a new, updated unit in encouragement of revising my original rating. I have not had a chance to use the updated unit, but have changed my rating to 5 stars due to the incredible customer support of this seller and their genuine desire for me to be satisfied with their product, along with the change in wiring mentioned above.

this camera is a great purchase. I currently only have the 2 front cameras connected as I have a brand new truck, and haven't figured out where exactly I want to place the rear cameras. But the night vision on this camera is almost as bright as day light vision. It enhances the available light to show details I have never seen in any other dash camera system i've owned in the past.I would highly recommend this dash camera. It is fairly easy to install, however, as a truck driver with a brand new truck, I did not want to splice into factory wiring, and I do not use the camera for backing up, so my cameras run all the time. Powering my system was fairly easy as well by just purchasing a 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter.

Easy to install and run wires, easy to set up screen, easy for some one that has basic knowledge of vehicle wiring, if installing on dump truck or utility truck and trying to use side cams with back up cam, the back up cam takes priority over the others, tried to wire sides to back up and only one camera works at a time.

We bought it and let it sit cause the install intimidated us. We found a trailer place that was willing to install it. We put left and right cameras above rear tire fenders (midway of RV). Two cameras on bumper left and right corners so we could view our tow behind car and the area around it. And the fifth one faces foward. The 360 degree visibility helps so much when our RV is going down road. We feel the cost of the system and the install was worth it for our peace of mind. We might move camera locations eventually as we get use to system. Oh yeah, so cool the way when you flip the left/right turn signs and that camera takes precedence and the monitor shows only that camera. Nice touch.

It seems to be working ok so far. Screen seems somewhat cheap but had been giving very crisp images until I turned it on for the picture in the review, it now has vertical lines. Guess we will see if the lines go away now. Cameras give good picture. Wish the rear camera had more of a fish-eye lens so I could see more. Record function hasn't worked yet, doesn't seem to recognize the sd card but that feature was not a must have for me. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for, but it does the job for a somewhat reasonable price.

I purchased this system through Amazon. I had it professionally installed by Best Buy. One day after installation the left-side camera started shutting down once my engene turns off. It starts up fine, first thing in the morning, but the moment I turn my truck off, it says "no signal" for the left camera.The system is wired to my switch, which means it powers off when I turn the switch off. The problem is not with the wiring. I tried switching the cameras around, and the problem is always with the left camera signal. I believe that the problem is with the main unit.I tried contacting the email that was provided inside the box, but they claim the system was not purchased from them. Now I'm stuck with a new system that I purchased and no one to reach out to.

Great picture but Parking mode vids are corrupted and unable to be viewed. Warranty says Customer Service response in 24 hours ... not true at this time (55 hours+). Three emails sent and no Phone # to contact them. And our return will now mean a lot of holes in the body and interior with a lot of wire taps to repair under the dash of the RV. Again Avoid this product it does not work as stated.Update 6-1-2022Customer Service responded and suggested a 256 G Ultra 4K card and that fixed the issue . Working perfect now ! But that was an extra 60 bucks... However worth it ...The Image and 5 camera recording Awesome!
