DreamHome Silky Soft Satin Pillowcase Pair

I got these and loved them. Now it's been not even a month and it's ripped right at the seam. Very disappointed!

I didn't realize it was possible to make *bad* satin, but these are awful! The texture is more like a thicker, shinier sheer curtain, but honestly I've purchased softer sheer curtains. These pillowcases are rough and almost crunchy, if that makes any sense. Definitely NOT what I thought I was ordering. If you run your hand along the fabric horizontally in either direction, it's fairly smooth, but in the vertical direction it's VERY rough. Also, quality control is lacking because one pillowcase is about an inch shorter than the other! I will be sending these back.

The fabric is exactly what I was looking for (I've gotten other satin pillowcases that were stiff and cheap-feeling). This is really soft.What I received wasn't exactly what I expected. I ordered the gold color only because it was one of the cheapest--the color/size thing isn't enough to make me do an exchange. I ordered a standard size and received a king. The gold color is kind of a dark caramel. In photo, I've got a satin, gold-colored jewelry roll that's the color I expected the pillowcase to be.I haven't washed or used the pillowcases yet but these appear they'll hold up well.

I bought these because my hair was getting rough and rumpled and they've 'cured' that. Very slippery. Great for heavy sleepers that knot up their hair from tossing and turning. Not these slick cases. (Ordered a black pair for a friend.) I sleep with two pillows and having a satin case makes it easy to turn from side to side without the pillowcase getting caught up with the friction of the sheets. No friction here. I even use these to put behind my head when watching tv or just sitting. (These are supposed to be good for those who get sheet marks on their face when sleeping. Skin just glides, no sheet marks.)

I made a mistake and ordered a HUGE king size. However, I am not sending back for a smaller size. The pillowcases are a beautiful color. I ended up getting the silver/gray color. The material is soft and beautiful. I have slept with them for three nights now, and I wake up with less static in my hair...compared to when I slept on cotton pillow cases. The pillowcase is way to big for our pillows, but I just fold the extra fabric under the pillow. I was shocked with 1. you could not tell the pillow case was to big for the pillow. 2. it actually stayed folded under during the day and night. Totally love these and recommend!

What a great value! I love that they are sold as a set. I ordered these in silver a year ago, and just ordered another set in light blue. They may not be top quality satin as some others have reviewed, however they do the job. My hair is not a hot mess when I wake up and I don't get wrinkles on my face from being a stomach sleeper like I did with cotton pillowcases. They are made well, have not had any problems at all with them after washing in the machine and drying them. I am actually buying more for gifts. I would highly recommend these, I bought king size and they are true to size.

I really liked these pillow cases they came in perfect condition and were fine after I washed and dried them. I purchased the satin pillow cases because I heard that satin silk as opposed to cotton is better for keeping your hair soft and skin wrinkle free when sleeping. I have found these pillow cases to be very comfortable and so far after 2 months of having these pillow cases they’ve held up very well after being washed and dried more times than I could count.I would definitely recommend these pillow cases they’re very reasonably priced and exactly what I was expecting when I purchased them.

I love these pillowcases so much. The material is a good quality and doesn't get caught easily on the dry skin of my hands. I didn't buy them to help with my hair but they do. It's a nice little bonus. The only thing I wish is that I could have the zipper kind because they do sometimes start to slip off my pillow. I did go and buy another set from a different company that had the zipper but every time I would touch it I felt it was catching on the dry skin on my fingers. That made it so after the first couple of nights I stopped using them and went back to these. This was a great purchase and I would easily make it again.

Nice thick sturdy satin. Colour is true to pictures. Only complaint is that the flap fold over part is a bit short and doesn’t stay put properly.
