My Darling Arrow: 1 (St. Mary's Rebels)

This book just reminded me of a bad wattpad book. Not even a good one. With how random and just bizarre the overall plot was, I am seriously considering how it got to the publishing point.

This my most anticipated read. And god, it's good.I liked it.How I liked it.Seriously I love unrequited love. And troublesome girl and her love.I loved it when H loved even though Hero is in ove with her sister. How their memories and how she fought.Gah. Arrow is so handsome. I loved him though. So very much.Desire burned in me. Good god. I fell. I fell in love with this book.Oh how much I love this.

5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐THIS NEW STANDALONE IS EVERYTHING I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED UNTIL I OPENED THE FIRST PAGE ON MY KINDLE. THIS SPORTS ROMANCE IS A POT OF ANGST FILLED, UNREQUITED AND FORBIDDEN LOVE.THE PLOT IS WELL DONE AND FLOWS SMOOTHLY AND I FINISHED IT ONE GO, WHICH IS A GREAT THING FOR ME; AS BARELY ANY BOOKS KEEP MY ATTENTION FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. EVEN WHEN SALEM AND ARROW GOT THEIR HEA, THIS TORY STAYED WITH ME IN MY HEAD AND HEART AND I REALLY LOVED HOW THE CHARACTERS, THE EMOTIONS WERE RIGHTLY PORTRAYED; an epic start to the series by the author

Well I would say not cup of my tea... the h was way to obsessed over H... annoying at times and the mind voices were too much to handle

This book is beautiful, so so beautiful. I loved the characters, loved the story and I am in love with the author. Recommend this book and the author to anyone

Saffron does it every time. Her stories are filled with love, longing and angst. Arrow and Salem story is amazing.

This book was magic. Pure magic. I was sucked in from start to finish. The characters Saffron created were so real and complicated and again, pure magic. The way she portrayed love and that need to be perfect? It was so raw that it actually hurt me. My heart was taken on an absolutely exhilarating ride and I absolutely loved it. Salem was such a sweetheart and Arrow was such a darling ;) But really I loved the concept of perfection and how we should accept ourselves with our flaws. Arrow took my breathe away. In fact he has successfully been promoted to the number one book boyfriend in my list. Sarah has topped my villain and snooty person list too :( anyways I gotta say this has been the best book I've ever read on kindle. I'm serious. I just loved it so much my heart felt like it would burst. I know I shouldn't really say much about the story but omg the letters idea was so cute and adorable. I got so many butterflies in my stomach because of Arrow haha. I truly admire Saffron and thank you so much for giving the world this book!! I love you and I love this book. To whoever is readimg this , borrow/buy this book right now if you want your heart captured ;) SWOON!!!!! :)

When her mother dies, Salem and her sister are left in the care of their mothers best friend. Salem almost immediately falls for their new guardians son, Arrow. The problem is he only has eyes for her older sister so Salem is treated like nothing other than the little sister. After many years of misbehaving and struggling to play by the rules Salem is sent to an all girls reform school. Where she gets a new soccer coach, in the form of Arrow.I didn’t realise there was a sporting element in this. Arrow becomes Salem’s Soccer teacher at St. Mary’s but he also gives her some private soccer lessons and I don’t think we saw enough of that. It could have added a lot of tension and angst but I felt like we missed a bit of that. However this is full of tension as Salem navigates her new relationship with Arrow and her need to break every rule placed in front of her.It lost a star only because it felt a little long at points. It was the first I’ve read from Saffron A. Kent and I really enjoyed her writing style. The banter and dynamic between both main characters was so enjoyable and really easy to read.We're given little glimpses of Callie's story and I'm excited to see where her story goes. Her hero is called Reed Jackson, is not just the quintessential bad boy book boyfriend name?

I loved every word of it. I fell in love with Salem and Arrow. They were raw and emotional and freaking cute together. There wasn't anything not to love in this book. If you love pure (definitely not perfect) love this is for you!I already miss this and I just finished an hour ago :)

I had heard such good reviews on this book so I am quite disappointed: it started of really good but then it went downhill. It became really cringe, especially the way Arrow describes Salem’s intimate areas (if ya know what I mean). I wanted to facepalm every time Salem said something stupid. The writing style was okay but certain descriptions kept getting repeated. Like how Arrow is the ‘sun’ — It got old real fast.The style and structure of writing was different, and it was quite a quick read even though it is 522 pages long.It had really cute bits in it though. Like when Arrow stands up for Salem. So overall it was alright. But definitely not the best.

Loved it , can't wait to get the rest of the books in the series!!!! First time reading this author5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

I loved this as it had most of what I like in a romance novel. The romance and the angst.
