I purchased this dehumidifier recently and unfortunately it stopped working after about a month. HOWEVER… I contacted the company and a wonderful customer service representative went above and beyond to help me get a replacement. Lily was super attentive, followed up with me every step of the way, & got me a replacement in less than a week from our initial contact.The dehumidifier itself is very powerful and simple to use. The drain hose option has worked perfectly for our downstairs living area. The air quality has improved significantly since our house seems to retain a lot of humidity. Last summer my son and I were sick a lot and Im now realizing it was the air quality without having a dehumidifier.Once I save up some money I really hope to get another one for our upstairs since we still have excess moisture up there and the weather is getting hotter by the day right now.Many thanks to Lily for all her help!

We have a very damp and cold basement which requires a dehumidifier that runs pretty much constantly. When a new one was needed we purchased the AirPlus 30 Pint machine and chose it for price and the previous favorable reviews. It has worked beautifully extracting moisture from the air very quietly and draining it into the sump pump via a short flexible tube for many months so far. I was very impressed and appreciative of the excellent customer service when the machine stopped working, but discovered it was an electrical problem with the house, not the dehumidifier. We will return to AirPlus when this work horse dies from old age!

I absolutely love this product! It’s not too loud, easy to set up, and isn’t a huge eye sore. After having it run in my unfinished basement for 30 minutes I could tell a difference already! I’ve had it running for just over a month now and have not had any problems! I have to empty it roughly every 24 hours, sooner if it’s been raining.

The media could not be loaded.  The Airplus 30 Dehumidifier is slim and sleek but packs a real punch.The easy-roll wheels make moving from place to place easy, even though the unit itself is lightweight and can be easily transported.The unit arrived quickly and was well packaged.Easy to follow instructions were provided.There is no setup to deal with, just plug in and go!Living in Texas, we are known for our hot and humid summers. This dehumidifier was perfect for pulling the humidity out of the air and boy, it collected a lot!The air quality was noticeably better when using this unit versus not, and we've also noticed that our sleep is more restful and clear. We wake up breathing much easier!The control panel is nicely illuminated, easy to read and provides numerous options, such as the timed feature, drying option and rain feature.The collection tank removes easily to dump and go.The price is right, the unit is attractive and fits easily where you need it to go and really adds an exceptional quality of life.A+ and would purchase again!

Before buying, I read a bunch of reviews about the item breaking in a year exactly, but I hoped that wasn’t the case and so bought this item. But here we are, nearly exactly one year since I purchased the item, and it is not working. The motor / fan starting making terrible noises a few months ago, and now it no longer turns on consistently if at all. By the end I was scared to use it because I was worried it would damage my apartment somehow, but now I couldn’t even use it if I wanted to. It doesn’t do anything, just makes a strange smell, and has stopped functioning entirely. It’s just not well built and poorly crafted with cheap materials. If you want a dehumidifier to last, then would not buy this item. Even three months in the fan started to make crazy noises and the “sleep” mode was not doing what was intended anymore. It also doesn’t tell you when the water tank is full, so you have to periodically check it or else you think it will be working but it is actually just making noise without taking any water from the air.It would be great to chat with customer service about any ways to potentially fix the machine, but it feels impossible to contact the company. Overall would not recommend the item, the brand nor the company. This one is broken. Will buy from a different brand next time that will serve my purpose - actual dehumidifying!

I had purchased one and there was a problem with the "full" indicator light when the bucket was full. I contacted their customer service and they were extremely helpful. They sent me another replacement quickly and the replacement is working great. I really appreciate their customer service working with me so efficiently through that.This dehumidifier is slim and light so it's great for small places. You can put it in the hallway and there is still plenty of room to walk. I like how I can adjust the humidity levels so I can set the levels higher in the winter and lower in the summer. It's also very powerful for its size; I just leave it on for a short period of time and the buckets gets full and it reaches the humidity level that I set (usually 55) very quickly.

I bought this and it worked great for a couple months and randomly seemed to not keep the humidity level down in my basement as it did originally. I reached out to the company and Lily made some suggestions and in the end sent me a new one which seems to be working just fine. She stayed in touch with me throughout and was extremely helpful.

Very simple design and easy to use. Does the job and removes moisture efficiently. With the good performance there is also no excessive noise, nice and quiet. Customer service is also very good, quick to respond and helpful.
