So grateful for this St. Joseph Statue. As per the instructions, my BIL buried this by their "home for sale" sign...they sound their home in a very short time. After the sale, the statue was removed from the ground.

House sold in 33 days! I got St. Joseph blessed by the priest and buried him upside down by the For Sale sign, saying the St. Joseph prayer while putting him in the ground. The house got an offer after only 33 days, with a price agreed upon. The closing is next week (30 day closing). A house on the market for only 33 days is highly unusual in the New Orleans area. St. Joseph is now on the mantel, as you retrieve him after the sale.

Call me superstitious but I buried St. Joseph and followed the directions. I posted my house on the internet (didn't even have a realtor) and I had an email in two days and a contract two weeks later. Gotta love it! It was a very nice kit. Definitely worth the price.

Amazing!
I was a skeptic but I tried this anyway, and guess what? Our house sold within two weeks of using this powerful tool! It had been on the market for almost a year before this. I now keep this little statue in my vehicle on the console. It will be ready the next time I need to sell a house. Amazing!

It worked and didn't even have to bury in the garden.
I bought this when I was getting ready to put my house on the market. It arrived right when it went up for sale. I guess just having it in my possession was enough as it sold in 3 days.

Worked like a charm!
Worked like a charm - we sold the house before the realtor even got it on MLS! About a week after the "Coming Soon" sign went in the yard, with the statue buried beneath the sign! Probably coincidence, but who knows......?
